The location is close to everything - food, shopping, public transportation, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. Although it's in the middle of the city, the room is quiet. Overall, very good experience.

The location and the professionalism of the staff are the keys of the higher scorebfor this property. It takes only few minutes walk from the underground mall Z6 exit. The reception and housekeeping staff are friendly, informative, patient, and courtesy. The only draw back is the room is small and dated. It's dued to be updated to increase the value to mirror the good location.

Overall the staff were helpful and friendly but the facility of hotel was awful especially at hotel room toilet. The toilet door frame were rust, toilet bowl were loosen and shaky, and silicon sealant on glass were full of black mould.
