Nice hotel with friendly staff. Arrived later into the evening and was able to get checked in within a few minutes. Pleasantly surprised to get a room upgrade as well! The rooms are exactly as pictured - clean and spacious.

The room was clean, the bed soft and comfortable, and staff was very nice. The hotel has a very central location. If you come by Local Train, be warned that the sidewalks here are not that suitable for heavier suitcases and walking on the side of the road instead will save you a lot of hassle.

Staff was very courteous and the luggage storage service was convenient for us who arrived in the city earlier than check-in time. Room was very clean but quite small. Beds were comfy but the pillows offer zero support (they go flat once you lay on them). Location was very convenient with lots of food options available!

Staff are great, very helpful. Plenty of parking spaces behind the hotel... EXCEPT that there are a few tight corners you have to turn before you get to the parking lots. If you are driving a standard car, NO problem. I had a big SUV... that took me a bit of an effort. Otherwise, it's fine !! Plenty of restaurants to choose from. There's a very nice and cosy lounge on Ground Floor that you can use. Coffee machine, Milo drinks, Chinese tea... the LOT !!

The staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel has a very nice dining area for guests to use. Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available. When the room is cleaned, staff provide bottled water and a small snack, which is a nice touch. We were not disturbed by traffic.sound in the room, which is a huge plus.
