Mountain escape in Tahoe City for ski lease or monthly rental October to June. A great room with fireplace, chef's kitchen, and separate play/TV room downstairs, with another fireplace, offers lots of shared space to enjoy. With 4 bedrooms including 1 king bed (master has fireplace) and 3 queen beds, along with 2 bathrooms featuring a jetted bathtub and steam shower, this spacious retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. The pleasant and tranquil atmosphere of this property will make your stay truly enjoyable. Experience the magic of Tahoe City at our house.

The home is situated on a 1/2 acre lot in a quiet Talmont neighborhood with access to the back country trails steps away. It offers access to great mountain biking, snow shoeing, sledding, and hiking. Located a short drive to Palisades, Homewood, Granilbaken, and Northstar ski resorts.

The house is on a flat lot with a large flat driveway. It enjoys the morning sunshine melting the snow. The house is NOT available for nightly rentals.

Available from October 2025 to June 2026 on a monthly basis.
Ski Lease Available starting October 1st.
$5000/month + Utilities and Snow Removal
First month up front and 1 month security deposit.
