a lovely open plan apartment with lounge/dining area, kitchen and shower toilet on one level with 2nd bedroom and bath/shower/toilet on the next; all were spotlessly clean on arrival. The apartment had wonderful views over the med and along the coast line.The immediate area had a great selection of restaurants, cafes and bars for all tastes. I would highly recommend it for a stay. A huge thank you to Domenico for letting us stay in his fantastic home. We met him, his son and daughter during our stay and such friendly, helpful people.

Es war ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Aussicht war perfekt und wir mochten auch die Umgebung sehr. Eine tolle Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in dieser FeWo und würden diese auch jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Auch wenn das Haus von Außen nicht ganz so gut aussieht, drinnen ist die Wohnung perfekt. Zu beachten ist das die Wohnung im 3. und 4. OG ist. Ein bisschen Treppenlaufen ist schon angesagt. Parkplätze direkt an der Wohnung gibt es aufgrund der Lage nicht. Bis 11 Uhr morgens kann man aber mit dem Auto direkt an die Wohnung fahren. Die Anmietung einer Garage ist möglich, muss aber direkt mit dem Vermieter geklärt werden. Die Garage ist ein Stück entfernt von der Wohnung. Das WLAN funktioniert gut, hat aber keine übermäßige Bandbreite. Es muss ca. einmal am Tag wieder aktiviert werden (schwarzes Kästchen hinter dem TV).

Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr netter Vermieter

Wir waren 1 Woche dort und es hat uns allen ganz gut gefallen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat uns viele Tipps zum einkaufen gegeben. Wir sind jeden Tag ca. 5 Minuten zum Bäcker gelaufen, die Brötchen dort waren sehr gut, auch der Supermarkt liegt dort in der Nähe, wo man alles bekommt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig, unsere 2 Kinder waren im Obergeschoss der Wohnung mit eigenem Bad und Balkon untergebracht. Vom Ort aus, kann man viele Unternehmungen machen und natürlich das Meer genießen. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und kann man gerne auch weiter empfehlen.

Wir kommen wieder

Die Lage der Wohnung direkt an der Promenade und am Strand ist unschlagbar. Sie liegt zwar im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug, aber die Sicht entschädigt die vielen Stufen. Die drei Balkone haben wir sehr genossen. Domenico ist total freundlich, hat sich sehr gekümmert und hat uns gute Tips zum Thema Essen und Einkaufen gegeben. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub.

Fin leilighet med perfekt beliggenhet

Ren og nyoppusset leilighet med super beliggenhet rett ved stranden. Tre balkonger mot havet. Veldig hyggelig vert. To av sengene kan kanskje bli litt små for større personer enn oss :-) Ellers var alt perfekt.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très bien restauré, spacieux et confortable. Pour nous, idéalement situé, " les pieds dans l'eau". Cuisine bien achalandée. Seul (petit) bémol, la terrasse est à l'étage, au niveau des chambres. Mais il y a deux beaux balcons, côté séjour/cuisine, qui permettent de prendre l'apéritif.

schönes Apartment mit großartiger Aussicht

Das Apartment befindet sich direkt an der Strandpromenade, man befindet sich mitten im italienischen Leben. Uns hat das sehr gut gefallen. Ruhe sollte man natürlich in so einer Lage nicht erwarten… Die Aussicht von den drei Balkonen ist großartig. Wir waren in jeder Hinsicht begeistert.

Unterkunft: - der Gastgeber Domenico sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und per WhatsApp erreichbar - die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock, direkt an der Strandpromenade, tolle Aussicht auf dem Balkon auf's Meer - Schöne Einrichtung, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber - Bequeme Betten, Kopfkissen waren für uns zu dick - Fernseher zeigt keinen deutschen TV Sender - WLAN via LTE Box auf Nachfrage bei Domenico - Abends bis ca 23 Uhr sind die Gäste auf Promenade zu hören - Müllabfuhr und Motorräder sind morgens (5:45 - 9:00) zu hören - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufnähe (ca 400m zu Basco) - Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe - Fahrradweg und Joggingstrecken in direkter Nähe - Garage ist separat buchbar (ca 500m entfernt) - Ankunft am besten mit Domenico per Whatsapp abstimmen Strand - Sauberer Sandstrand mit flachem Wasser - Bezahl-Strand 50m entfernt (mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Spielen) - Öffenlicher Strand 150m entfernt Ausflüge: - Imperia und Sanremo per Rad oder Auto erreichbar - Monaco ist 50 km per Auto entfernt - Nizza ist 60 km per Auto entfernt

Wunderschöne Wohnung an bester Lage

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wohnung war sehr sauber, Küche gut ausgestattet, Balkone sensationell platziert und haben sie genossen 3 Balkone! Wir haben den Spätsommer sehr genossen. Die vielen Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten in Fußnähe war super! Wir kommen wieder! Einzig das es kein w lan gab, da das w lan von ligurien ist und in arma di taggia nicht anzumelden war, war etwas dof. Für unseren ältesten. Aber das war das einzige. Und mit free w lan gelateria wieder auszugleichen

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wer ganz nahe am Strand sein möchte, mit großartigem Blick auf diesen, der ist hier richtig. Der sehr sympathische Vermieter, Domenico, ist gut erreichbar und hilfreich. Das online-Inserat konnte ich nicht bewerten, da ich das Objekt aufgrund privater Kontakte persönlich kannte.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist super, direkt am Meer und mitten im Geschehen. Dadurch auch etwas laut, was aber zu erwarten war. Die Ausstattung ist etwas veraltet und könnte etwas besser sein. Das WLAN funktionierte nur sehr schlecht. Ansonsten nisten hatten wir zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen!! Domenico war sehr nett und hilfsbereit!!

Herbstferien in Arma di Taggia

Einfache Wohnung in traumhafter Lage. Netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. Ab mittags ist die Straße vor dem Haus gesperrt, bei Anreise nachmittags also auf Koffer /Taschen mit Rollen achten!

Urlaub der keiner war

Die Wohnung wäre eigentlich ganz nett, allerdings wird man von der Beschreibung „ Ruhe und Relax“ bitterlich enttäuscht. (zumindest in den Sommermonaten) Andere gute Bewertungen sind alle aus der Nebensaison. Eine Aperitif-Bar direkt unter dem Haus spielte sehr laut Musik, bis nachts um 1.00. An manchen Tagen gab es etwas weiter vorne in der Strasse noch andere Veranstaltungen, so dass man gleich zweimal Musik sehr laut gleichzeitig hören musste. Die gastronomischen Betriebe in der Straße schütteten, ebenfalls um 1 Uhr nachts laut krachend ihr Altglas in die Altglascontainer direkt hinter dem Haus, so dass man spätestens dann wieder im Bett stand. (dieses Problem wurde schon in einer anderen Bewertung erwähnt.) Dafür wurde es dann morgens um 6 Uhr wieder laut krachend vor und hinter dem Haus von von der Stadt wieder abgeholt. Die Wohnung ist tagsüber gut temperiert, allerdings nachts wenn kein Wind mehr geht, wird es sehr heiß. Ein Minimum wie Ventilatoren gab es nicht. Ebenso gab es keine Fliegengitter, wie sonst in Wassernähe eigentlich üblich, das heißt nach all dem Krach konnte man wegen den unglaublich vielen Schnaken auch nicht schlafen. Kommentar des Vermieters: „Vielleicht sind sie sehr empfindlich“ – Nein das sind wir nicht! Die Küchenausstattung lässt teilweise auch zu wünschen übrig: alte verdellte Billig-Töpfe, Verkratze Teflon Schichten, keine Rührlöffel für die Pfannen (die Pfannen waren teilweise noch vom Vormieter fettig und eklig und andere uralt Fettverkrustungen lösten sich beim Spülen vom Rand) Kein einziges Küchenmesser um Fleisch, Gemüse oder Obst zu schneiden. Kommentar des Vermieters: „schneidet das Fleisch nicht der Metzger“ naja....vieleicht schneidet der ja auch Melonen ect.??? Es wurden auch keine Messer gebracht. Leider ein Beispiel dafür, dass jemand denkt, der Blick aufs Meer reicht aus, um viel Miete für ein lustlos eingerichtetes Appartement zu verlangen. Die Garage die als Highlight in der Annonce steht, muss extra bezahlt werden. Der Vermieter wurde darauf aufmerksam, gemacht und er zeigte, dass auf der italienische Seite der Preis extra steht. Bis heute steht die Garge weiterhin unter Highlight bei den Dingen die zum Mietobjekt gehören. Zumindest sollte man das in der Beschreibung erwähnen, dass in den Sommermonaten laute Musik unter dem Haus gespielt wird. Jemand bucht eine Reise schließlich aufgrund der Beschreibung, und muss sich darauf verlassen können, was drin steht.

l'appartamento offre una panoramica fantastica.

consiglierei a chiunque una vacanza nella proprieta' del signor Domenico persona gentile e sempre disponibile. l'appartamento e' molto spazioso con vista mare stupenda. Il mare e' trasparente e i bimbi possono nuotare in totale sicurezza. Siamo stati molto bene .

Geen tweede keer voor ons

Het appartement heeft een uitstekende ligging. Is ruim. Bed is aan vervanging toe, erg laag en elke dag met pijn opgestaan. De etage is op de bovenste verdieping, geen lift aanwezig. Parkeren niet mogelijk bij het complex, moet een stuk verder. Wasmachine stonk behoorlijk, was niet schoon. Geen eigen Wifi netwerk, alleen openbaar die het binnen niet doet. Verder was het een dooie boel in de straat. Restaurants waren gesloten, weinig eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Wellicht wel open in het hoogseizoen. Maar voor ons geen tweede keer Ligurische kust meer. San Remo is de moeite waard om te bezoeken.

direkt an der Strandpromenade. Die Wohnung hat 2 Etagen, in der oberen Etage Schlafzimmer schöne Terrasse und ein zweites Bad. Dadurch ist sie sehr gut auch für 2 Paare geeignet oder für Familien mit Kindern im Teenie Alter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Domenico der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
