Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
I highly recommend against staying here. We had booked the room and we’re looking forward to our stay when we arrived. The entire building was wrapped in scaffolding and banging from the workers nonstop. There was filth and dust everywhere inside. The hotel room and amenities did not match any of the pictures or what was posted on Expedia. When trying to contact the company, we got no answer. We were later told that they had just renovated the room and removed all of those amenities we had booked it for. (laundry machine and kitchen). Feeling unsafe with main doors left wide open and walls crumbling in the stairwell with random people going in and out of the building. When we got no contact, we booked another hotel and left. They refuse to refund our money even though they lied in their advertisement. The self check in instruction pictures did not even match the decay of the building. Loose marble on stairs, piles of garbage everywhere inside the hallways. Don’t trust this. It’s a bait and switch situation.
