This floor is the top and therefore the penthouse floor, which is dated 7th OG can be reached via a staircase. The house is located on the main beach between the two pedestrian zones. Size: 1-room apartment approx. 31 m² for 2 people. Equipment: The modern and brightly furnished apartment has a double bed in the living room. The dining area is located in front of the window. From the roof terrace you have a wide view of the beach, the sea and the south of the island. The kitchen is located as a line in the hallway of the apartment and has u. a. Dishwasher and microwave. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. Pets are expressly not allowed. A parking space, if available, can be rented outside or in the underground garage.
