The holiday home, built from high-quality and solid materials, is equipped with an energy-efficient air-water heat pump in order to reduce the additional costs through lower energy consumption. In addition, a Genwex system for air exchange was installed to ensure a good indoor climate. Activities such as billiards, table tennis and air hockey are available in the extension of the house. There are two bathrooms in the house, one with a sauna for max. six people. Open kitchen / living area for family life with modern inventory.
