The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and consists of a ground floor with a kitchen, a new separate wine cellar with over 200 bottles of wine, a living room with dining area, and a guest toilet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and two terraces, while the second floor has two more bedrooms and one bathroom.The spacious yard features a private 36 m² pool, an outdoor kitchen with a grill, and two refrigerators – a standard one and a wine fridge with a capacity of 48 bottles – as well as a large table and comfortable seating area. The surroundings are further enriched by 20 Istrian olive trees. Guests also have access to an additional dog pool, and next to the yard is an original bocce court.The villa’s location is ideal for a relaxing holiday, as well as an excellent base for exploring Istria, its coast, and nearby towns. Guests can enjoy various activities in the vicinity. Nature lovers can explore scenic walking and cycling trails through untouched Istrian nature. Nearby towns such as Rovinj, Poreč, Svetvinčenat, and Labin are worth visiting. For families with children, adrenaline parks and various entertainment options are available in the nearby tourist spots.
