This cozy and tastefully furnished holiday home is located in the small village of Rapanji, near Svetvincenat. The beautiful pool, which will surely delight you, offers a refreshing dip in the hot summer months. Relax on the shaded terrace and read a good book or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The living and dining area with the kitchen is on the ground floor and the bedrooms are on the first floor. In a bedroom the minimum ceiling height is 0.80 m and the highest 1.70 m and it is mainly suitable for children. There is an activity room with a bar, billiards, electric darts, table football, Playstation 2 with steering wheel and a large LCD TV. A combined badminton / volleyball court and goals for mini football are available on the lawn of the neighboring property. The idyllic surroundings impress with their beautiful and varied nature and invite you to take relaxing walks and bike rides. We recommend trips to the cities of Pula, Rovinj and Porec. A well-known attraction is the Roman amphitheater in Pula, which is considered the most important landmark of the city. War ganz schön
Wir waren eine Woche im September 2017 dort...an sich war das Haus wirklich mega toll, jedoch störte es uns dass Sachen auf den Fotos abgebildet sind, die nicht da waren oder beschrieben wurde und nicht auffindbar war. Beispiele: es wird geschrieben dass sich im Haus ein wäschetrockner befindet, es war lediglich nur ein wäsche Ständer dort. Wir haben dieses Haus aufgrund des vorhandenen Trockner gebucht damit wir nicht so viel mitnehmen mussten und wurden dann jedoch enttäuscht, eine Mikrowelle gibt es nicht obwohl sie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung vorhanden ist. Es befindet sich kein Toaster im Haus sondern ein Sandwich Maker. Wir haben in gesamten Haus keine Spiele gefunden wie es laut Beschreibung heisst. Und von den Liegen die abgebildet sind gibt es nur noch 2 und 2 ganz andere..sie waren auch ok und stabil aber es sollte doch einmal drüber nachgedacht werden die Bilder und Beschreibung zu aktualisieren. Aber genug davon...das Haus an sich ist wirklich Top gepflegt und wunderschön...wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und könnten uns vorstellen dort wieder eine Woche zu verbringen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und es gab bis auf die etwas veralteten Angaben nichts zu bemängeln

Great House in Great Location with loads of things to do and see, Could of stayed another Week!
Had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Home, stayed as 2 families so 4 Adults, 2 teens and 2 10/11yr old and house was big enough for us all to find our own space when needed. Host met on arrival and showed us around the house, we only needed to query one thing during the stay which they quickly rectified. Nice quiet location and nearby to the beautiful village of Svetvinčenat which besides being well known for its Castle provides local provisions as well as a number of good Restaurants and Café / Bars (and bike hire if desired). Within the Village (500yards) There is a medieval Theme Park which is ideal for Families with kids (even the Teenagers loved it) We went along one evening (we didn't eat there unfortunately as arrived too late) and watched a number of battles between the knights which was very interactive. A Main Towns Such as Rovinj, Pula and Porec are also a 20/30minute drive and also worth a visit. The Location of this home makes it easy and ideal to visit any one of these. As well as nearby Go Karting, Off-road Quad / Buggy, or Zip Wires (if that's also your thing) Will definitely be returning to this part of Croatia again in next few years and would look to stay here again if available

Super Unterkunft, alles sauber, sehr nette Vermieterin für jeden was dabei zum spielen (Billard, Darts, Tischtennis, PlayStation etc.) Etwas abgelegen von den größeren Städten und dem Meer, ist aber eigentlich egal man muss bei den meisten Unterkünften sowieso mit dem Auto in die Stadt/zum Meer fahren. Ob man dann 10min fährt oder wie hier 25min spielt keine Rolle. Ingesamt absolute Empfehlung

Toller Urlaub
Wir waren 2 Wochen mit unseren Kindern und Hunden in dem Haus. Es war eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus war sauber und hatte fast alles was man brauchte. Wir haben den Pool und das Frühstücken auf der Terasse geliebt. Der Pool wurde von den Vermietern regelmässig überprüft. So konnte man sich sicher sein, dass das Wasser noch in Ordnung war. Die Vermieter wohnten direkt gegenüber und waren sofort zur Stelle, wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gab. Wir fanden am Anfang den Pool etwas kalt, so haben sie direkt die Heizung angeworfen. Das einzige was wir zu bemängel hätten, wäre dass einiges schon sehr alt ist und mal ausgewechselt werden müsste. Das Inserat müsste mal erneuert werden, da nicht alles mehr vorhanden oder funktionsfähig ist, was dort aufgezählt wurde. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen aber dafür hat man seine Ruhe. Zur Stadt Pula und Rovinji brauch man mit dem Auto 30 min, was aber nicht schlimm war. Man hat auch in 5 Min Entfernung ein kleines Dorf mit einem kleinen Einkaufsladen und tollen Restaurants. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden .

Perfekter Familienurlaub
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr nette Vermieter. Das Haus war wie versprochen. Die Villa Nina liegt etwas abgelegen, aber das wußten wir vorher. Dafür hat man Ruhe und Erholung. In ca. 2 km Entfernung gibt es gemütliche Lokale und einen kleinen Supermarkt. In 15 bis 20 Min. kann man mit dem Auto die Städte Rovinj und Pula erreichen. Die Familie der Vermieter betreiben ganz in der Nähe eine Holzburg für Kinder. Da fühlt man sich dank der Ritter und Burgdamen gleich ins Mittelalter zurückversetzt. Für uns haben die Vermieter die Eintrittskarten gratis zur Verfügung gestellt. Da aufgrund des Wetters der Pool noch etwas frisch war, haben die Vermieter die Poolheizung eingeschaltet. Wirklich ein toller Service. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Heerlijk huis, schoon en groot.
Bij aankomst goed ontvangen door de aardige eigenaar. Het huis is schoon en ziet eruit zoals op de foto’s. Ligging van het huis is ook goed, je bent binnen een half uur bij mooie kiezelstranden. Goed baby bed en kinderstoel aanwezig. Echt een aanrader!

Überaus freundlicher und unkomplizierter Empfang, geräumiges sauberes Haus, Spielmöglichkeiten in der Garage, vorallem Billiard kam bei den Kindern gut an. Ruhige Lage in einem kleinen Dorf, abseits vom Rummel. Im Oktober sowieso nur noch wenig Tourismus und man hat alles für sich. In einer halben Stunde irgendwo an der Küste. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich im nächsten Dorf. Wenn das Wetter und Temperatur im Herbst stimmt wie jetzt, kann man gut baden im Meer, der Pool ist dann allerdings recht frisch. Wir können die Unterkunft und Eigentümer nur empfehlen.
