Some Staff were not as attentive as others. Aaron was our server who stood out amongst them all..there was this young lady whom we gave our order ti. She turned around and left, making us think she took the order. 1 hr later o went to the front to order something quick since my son was hungry..voilaaaaa!!! No order was given to the kitchen for a chicken lasagna…OMGEE! That was very dissapointing… 2. Servers were passing by seeing our table was full of dirty dishes..no one even bothered to collect them…Is it because we were Fijian??? Treat all your customers the same, regardless of race, color or gender.. coz you never really know where they are from…. For a five star hotel, well known to the world, your waitresses and waiters can do better!

Super clean rooms, breakfast was very good, staff are very friendly, have free laundry service, only concern was that the restroom by the receptionist need to be paid more attention to it. It was very dirty. Linens n towels anre changed daily. Condiments are filled daily. The housekeeping person who was cleaning the second floor I believe her name was Mesi was super nice. Otherwise it’s a five star hotel.
