Great location. A fantastic beach within just a few mins of walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. Perry's Lobster Shack is about a 1/2 mile down the road (also walking distance) and it's a BYOB. Had fantastic food and beautiful just looking out at the water. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the town of Surry...Blue Hill was a cute town close by...and I think if we had stayed closer to Bar Harbour or Acadia, we would have missed out what Maine is all about. Peace, serenity, friendly locals, and just so much to explore and hike outside of the National Park.

I traveled with my husband, our 4 young kids, and my parents. We loved staying here. There was a cute toy room for the kids to enjoy with a ton of books and toys. The outdoor area was also a hit with everyone (games, fire pit, and plenty of yard for the kids to play). The bedrooms were all very spacious, we had plenty of room for our two travel cribs in the master bedroom, and our other two kids loved the bunk room. There were nice updated amenities, everything was very clean, and plenty of space for everyone in the house. The host was very easy to communicate with and check in and check out were so easy. The location was perfect for us, close to everything we wanted to do (Bar Harbor, Acadia, etc) but far enough away that it felt like a secluded retreat. We loved staying at this property and would love to stay here again in the future!
