Private: property 550 m2, swimming pool angular, heated (4 x 10 m, 40 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (200 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, sauna, fitness room, billiard table, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor boat (on request), parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 600 m, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant, bus stop 600 m, pebble beach 250 m, shingle beach 50 m.
