The space
Over three levels of living space, with room to spread out and find the perfect place to relax. Enjoy breakfast watching the waves or watch the sun go down on the deck chair with a drink in hand. The remote controlled blinds on the deck will ensure just the right temperature. Enjoy happy hour with wine and cheese in the gorgeous kitchen at the extra long marble bench as you select a beverage from the Vintec wine fridges. Relax with complimentary WiFi, Smart TV, and surround sound. Separate entertainment space downstairs with Smart TV for the kids. Make holiday memories every day.

The top level features the master suite with WIR, modern ensuite with porcelain tiles and stone bench tops in a neutral palette. A private balcony off the master gives an area to relax and while away the time or kick back from the bed and watch the waves roll in.
This level also features a second bedroom with twin single beds and built in robe, and a third bedroom with queen bed, ocean views and built in robe. A family bathroom and separate toilet are also on this level. The rooms on this level are reached from the mezzanine balcony.

The middle level of the home is a brilliant living zone with huge stacking doors that open and fill the home with light and ocean breezes. The area features soaring ceilings and is designer furnished. The lounge offers plenty of seating, large TV with surround sound and a generous timber dining table for family meals. A separate built in study desk and chair also feature in this area. The modern state of the art marble and stainless steel kitchen has every amenity to make your stay complete. A luxurious marble bench features in the middle of the kitchen and includes seating for 5, a second sink and a pair of Vintec wine fridges. The kitchen is well appointed with Miele oven and microwave, induction cooktop, and dishwasher. Start the day with a coffee from the Nespresso Coffee Machine. Fridge is two door with ice and water. This level also features a family bathroom and separate laundry with washer and dryer and drying deck.

This living area opens to the wrap around balcony which runs the entire length of the home and has several living areas including a breakfast area, an outdoor dining suite, outdoor lounge and casual chairs. Take in the sun or take advantage of the remote controlled sun blinds to achieve that perfect temperature. Perfect for watching the surf and the whales in the cooler months.

The lower level is airconditioned and has a king size suite with king bed, extra large ensuite and built in robe.
This adjoins a cool entertainment area with a foosball table, flat screen TV and a lounge area for relaxing. There's also a day bed with trundle for lucky kids.

It's an easy stroll 200 metres from the White House to the patrolled surf beach, great for surfing, enjoy Coolum's cafes, award winning Surf Club with a spectacular beachfront location, Coolum Beach Hotel, restaurants, boutiques, Stumers Creek dog off leash beach and beachfront Tickle Park for childrens' playground, Christmas markets and movies.
