Fully furnished Master ‘Queen size’ ensuite with large double bathroom including walk in shower and luxury bath tub with private toilet. You have your own private entrance with unique key access fully locked off from the main residence. Private deck overlooking pool. Free use of Pool & BBQ facilities. This ‘Hotel style’ apartment is fully decked out. It’s serviced, restocked and cleaned & fresh linen supplied weekly, every Saturday from 11am – 12pm with facilities including:

It was convenient for me and my little dog and the surrounding areas were beautiful. However it lacked the privacy I would have liked. It adjoins the main property, with a (locked) internal door between the two, through which you could hear the owners’ voices & movements. The owners’ windows & sliding door opened onto the decking so I felt a little awkward sitting outside. There was a kettle, microwave, toaster & fridge but absolutely no room to place a cup, or a plate on which to put hot food, & dishes had to be washed in the bathroom basin! It would benefit from a kitchenette where they could also house the crockery instead of storing it in the walk-in robe. The whole place was very clean and tastefully decorated and Rod was very pleasant on my arrival.

Great location. Perfect little stay for my dog and I. The private courtyard / pool area was great for my dog, and walking distance to cafes and the dog friendly beach was a highlight. Bathroom was super spacious and clean. A nice deck area to have a sun bake and just relax. Quiet neighbourhood (except the next door learning violin hahah) Hopefully they will be better at it by the time you stay. I will be staying again when I am on the Sunshine Coast again.

Great location, clean, and the provided breakfast was great. Walls are thin between the wing and the house, and could clearly and easily hear the owner and housemate talking whenever they were downstairs. Overall enjoyed the stay but if wanting quiet/privacy might not be the best option.

Not really self contained, there was no where to wash dishes except for the bathroom sink, no cooking facilities, only a couple of cafes around near by, parking in this area is difficult, Got charged extra for a pet on arrival even though we booked for a pet, the booking platform has no option to tick pet, apparently it was a shared platform and not the correct one. Accommodation is too close to main house and you could hear the owner arguing with spouse, lots of swearing and profanities being used. Would not recommend for a quiet get away.

Poolside at Seaside

Fantastic host, great location and very relaxed environment. Close to Coolum Beach, walk to Marcoola beach and surf club. Easy access to Mt Coolum national park and Mount Emu. Would certainly recommend this place for a great getaway. We will be back. Thanks Rod for a wonderful stay.
