Welcome to your Noosa Getaway! Nestled within a complex of only 7 units, this townhouse is uniquely positioned at the end, providing you with just one neighbor. The property boasts a spacious and modern interior along with a fully fenced north-facing courtyard perfect for alfresco dining with a Weber BBQ. This property has a fully stocked kitchen and a open-plan living and dining area looking out onto the courtyard.
Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms equipped with smart TV's, ceiling fans and air conditioners; and a family bathroom with vanity and shower. The master bedroom features a King bed and private terrace overlooking the courtyard; a King bed in the second bedroom (can be split into 2 x singles upon request); and 2 x single beds in the third bedroom.
This townhouse boasts a shared pool, private laundry, powder room and parking for 1 x car with easy and secure access straight into the courtyard.
We provide all linen including bath and pool towels, amenities such as tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Additional supplies can be purchased from local supermarkets or will be replenished on a weekly basis for long stays.
