Beautiful Belmore Retreat Easy Walk to Beach

Easy walk to all amenities including a luxury corner store, restaurants, bars and newly renovated Surf Club. Patrolled Sunshine Beach is less than a five minute walk away. The apartment itself is on the second level of the small complex of only 5 apartments.

Beautiful ocean views can be seen from the spacious living area and undercover balcony. Fully stocked kitchen and 2 good sized bedrooms. The apartment is on the second level with secure garage parking on the ground level for one car. As soon as you walk into this gorgeous home you are met with a beautiful ocean views from the balcony. The open plan kitchen and living room ensure you enjoy those cooling ocean breezes and beautiful view from this area.

The bedrooms, one with queen and one with two singles are further down the hallway beside the master bathroom. The master bedroom has a second TV, A/C and a walk in robe. The ensuite has a spa bath with a separate shower. The second bedroom also has air conditioning for those hot summer nights.
