The Space:
Step into Beachside Bungalow and enjoy the spacious studio layout, complete with high ceilings and stylish finishes. The space features a plush king bed, air conditioning, a porta cot, wardrobe, and a modern ensuite with shower, vanity, and toilet, with bi-fold doors to your own private outdoor area. Unwind on the sofa while watching your favourite shows on the wall-mounted smart TV.

The open-plan living area includes a dining table for two and a compact yet well-equipped kitchen with fridge, portable electric hot plate, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, and even a front-loader washing machine for convenience. Outside, relax in your private courtyard furnished with a chaise lounge and outdoor fireplace, the perfect spot to enjoy coastal evenings.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the bungalow at the front of the property. Please note that the main house located behind the bungalow is not available for guest use. Parking in the driveway is not permitted, please utilise street parking only. Please note the home next door is under construction.

The Neighborhood:
Leave the car on the street and explore the area on foot! The beach is just a 2-minute stroll away (150m), and the bungalow sits only a few hundred metres from scenic coastal walking tracks, playgrounds, and local coffee spots. Moffat Beach and its lively main street, filled with cafes, restaurants, and a large playground, is less than 1km away (about 12 minutes on foot). Kings Beach, a patrolled beach with a surf club, oceanfront pool, cafes, and another playground, is only 1.3km from your door.

- Brisbane airport and CBD is a 60-90 minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 30-minute drive

A 30-minute car trip will take you to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, or 50-mins to Noosa National Park; the Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore!

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately 600m to Edmund Street where bus services are available and operate to Kawana/Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
