The fully equipped kitchen includes stove and dishwasher. This is a one bedroom (800 sq.ft.) fully furnished golf villa in Champions at Sea Trail. Unit sleeps 2. Within walking distance to the newly renovated Sea Trails Convention Center and Bistro55, https://www.seatrail.com/55bistrobar/. Located 2 miles from Sunset Beach and 3 miles from Calabash (great sea food). Sea Trail has three golf courses. Champions Condos have their own gated outdoor pool. No cleaning chores at checkout, that is what the cleaning fee is for.

The location of this property is excellent. Very nice neighborhood, quiet and beautifully landscaped. The condo is always very clean, kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials needed to cook meals. Coffee, wine and bottled waters were provided when we arrived. Overall our stay was great. The condo was great. Has everything needed including beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Really convenient. It is close to the beach, dining and shopping. We even went out on a Dolphin cruise. It was wonderful. Has a great time and would definitely stay there again. Eric is a great host.
