Located across the parking lot from Captain Ron's, this is a perfect little getaway for up to three guests. This home is a one bedroom, cozy living room with a futon, one full bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a deck. The best part is that you are only steps away to having fun at Captain Ron’s Bar and Grill. Amenities include Air Conditioning, Cable TV, Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Gas Grill, Community Fire Pit and slip available to use in the community covered dock. We also offer Free Wi-fi at Captain Ron's, but none is available in the unit. High chair, Hair dryer, iron & ironing board available per request. Smoking is allowed outside only. The property is also just down the hill from Scallywag's RV Park which offers both primitive tent sites and full RV hook-ups for all your overflow needs.

Property was in a good location. It was about 20 mins from, from multiple restaurants, grocery store and dollar stores, which was great. It was a added plus with a walk up beach, bar and restaurant feet away from house, will stay again

We've stayed here before, and will stay again. Hard to be the location being here at captain Ron's, right next to chics n dixs, close to the woods and 10 minutes frl F&L's.

This was a very clean updated cabin. We just used it for sleeping. The only thing missing is a new comfy mattress and new fluffy pillows. Over all happy with the cabin.

Check in and out procedures are super easy. This particular little house was just right for our needs with a quaint little kitchen and grill for our use. The manager was very accommodating and quick on responding to any questions or concerns we had. Would love to stay here again! Love the location!

We loved it! I own Lily Setter so we were a vendor at Aquapalooza. It was maybe 50 steps from the event at Captain Ron’s. The bungalow is perfect especially when it’s so close to the lake and a restaurant that we love. Amazing host and would recommend.

My friend and I have not seen each other in about 15 years and we booked your place to meet up at and have a weekend of fun sun, beverages and a little softball. Everything was absolutely spectacular. I don’t think I’ll ever stay anywhere but Captain Ron’s anytime I go to the Ozarks from here on out

Not a bad stay but not a good one either. First, the whole unit smelled of cigarettes as if the previous user had disobeyed the “No Smoking” notice on the wall. Very stinky. Second, the carpets are in dire need of a good cleaning. Didn’t feel comfortable going barefoot. Third, the coffee pot was not functioning properly. It took 3 hours to brew a half pot of coffee. Fourth and lastly most of the mini blinds were in poor shape with broken or heat bent slats. Didn’t feel very safe with the gaps especially next to a busy restaurant.

Bungalow Retreat

Overall a good place to stay for the cost. Our trip was off season so we had to contact the property manager when we checked in to have them turn the water on. Other than that no issues at all. As others have stated, it might be a good idea to bring an extra roll of toilet tissue with you.
