Remodeled Snowcreek Condo - 2 Bdrms /2 Bthrms /and small loft

This 1200 square foot, two bedroom, two bathroom with small loft condo has been updated. It is in a great location, 30 yards from the Dollar Mountain parking lot, and about 75 yards from the Snowcreek pool (open from June 15th thru Labor Day Weekend) and Recreation center. Just outside the entrance to Snowcreek is the Mountain Rides Shuttle, which offers free service to downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley and Elkhorn resorts, and both ski lifts on Bald Mountain. There is a wood burning fireplace, granite counter tops, new appliances, 65 inch smart T.V., and free secure wi-fi. Besides the T.V. in the living room there is a 40 inch flat screen with a WII (12 games) and DVD player ( children's DVD's) in the loft for the kids ( or adults ). This condo does not have A/C, however it seems to stay comfortable in the summer due to its proximity. If you have a larger group or need two condos close by, we have an additional condo right next door. This other condo (VRBO #1206610) is also a 2 bed 2 bath condo on the ground floor. Please note, we have a strict no pet, no smoking policy. We also have a full-time manager in the area to handle any issues that may arise. Thanks for looking.

Fantastic stay at a great location with a perfect set-up!The condo was just what we needed for our family (grandparents and two grandsons). The accommodations were even better than the description, from two spacious bedrooms (one with twin beds), two bathrooms, large living room, dining area, a loft (favorite hang-out for the grandkids), and good kitchen. Everything needed was present in the kitchen with full-size appliances, and any kitchen item you may need to make home-cooked meals to baking, mixing, blending and everything in between. Washer and dryer were very convenient and used on a daily basis.The beautiful recreation area is across the parking area. Beautiful space with large kitchen, multiple seating areas, table tennis, patio with grill, year-round hot tub, and seasonal outdoor pool.Location of the small complex is adjacent to the parking lot at Dollar Mountain with direct access to the lodge and ticket office.River Run lodge and Warm Springs lodge at Bald Mountain are only minutes away. Sun Valley village with the lodge, ice skating rinks, pavilion, and bowling lanes are down the street and are definitely worth a visit.We took one day off from skiing and visited the splash pool at the YMCA. Another great place.Pre-stay communication with owner was excellent. Directions to the condo were clear and multiple suggestions for shopping, dining, and activities were given.A stay at Snowcreek Condo is highly recommended.

condo was well equipped, had everything we needed. close to our activities. David was in contact with me and explained how to get into condo and many tips about the area from getting to the ski slopes to places to eat. We had a great time. Best part about the condo is you can walk about 5 minutes and take the town bus to down town or to the ski slope. We used it plenty. I would use Dave's condo again

Spacious and Affordable

We had an amazing week in Sun Valley. This property didn't disappoint! It comfortably housed our two couples in comparable bedroom/bathrooms. The cute loft would be suitable for a single adult or child. The high ceiling in the living room made the condo feel quite spacious, too. The wood fireplace was an unexpected treat! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, spices, and other necessities. Everything was clean and ready to go. It was an easy walk over to Dollar Mountain both to ski its gentle trails and to catch one of the free and efficient buses to Baldy and to everywhere else in the valley. The owner was incredibly responsive to our questions both before and during our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. We had a fantastic vacation and very much hope to make it back sometime in the future.
