This large 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome in the sought after Trappers Landing Complex is perfectly located for your next Sun Peaks Vacation. This property backs along the valley trail for easy walking access to the village, and is also conveniently located next to the Orient and Morrisey charilifts for great ski-in, ski-out access. Nearby you willl also find the network of nordic and snowshoe trails, the toboganning hill, the umbrella cafe and the East Village Center. In the summer enjoy being next to the pedal access bike network, a short ride to the chairlifts for biking and hiking, and next to the golf course,

This unit boasts a beautiful open concept main floor, perfect for gathering together, with ample natural light pouring in the expansive windows. The spacious kitchen comes equipped with all cookware and dishware essentials and is completed by a lovely breakfast bar to seat 3. Behind the breakfast bar you will find a large dining table to seat 6 and next to the dining space is a beautiful living room with tall cielings, a flat screen tv, a gas fireplace and seating for 6. The open concept kitchen, living and dining space is completed with a balcony off the front of the home, big enough for the whole family to spend time out there.

The main floor also features one of three bathrooms in the property, and one of the 4 bedrooms. Additionally, you will find a walk-out patio space fitted with a BBQ and a 6 seater private hot tub for you and your group to enjoy and relax in.

This home accommodates 10 guests across its 4 bedrooms and approximately 1800 square feet of space. Two of the bedrooms feature a queen bed (with one featuring an adorable juliette style balcony), while the other two feature twin over queen bunk beds and are located across various floors within the home giving a variety of options for sleeping arrangements and seperation.

Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer with iron and ironing board, complimentary wifi, a large garage for one vehicle to park while also having a lot of storage space for all your equipment, board games, and multiple tvs.

Ski-in:
To ski-in you can take the Mount Morrisey Connector run or the East Village Ski Way. Take either of those runs until you are under the Orient Chairlift, ski down under the orient chairlift, and your complex will be on your right side before skiing under the bridge. Cross the Valley Trail and you will be in your complex.
Ski-out:
To ski-out walk to the East end of the complex. Cross over the valley trail and you will be under the Orient chairlift. Or you can walk out your back door, hop on the valley trail until you reach the path that leads to under the Orient Chairlift. You will then ski down under the bridge and you will have access to the Orient Chairlift or continue a little further and reach the Mount Morrisey Chairlift.

Village Day Lodge, 10 to 12 minutes
Skating Rink, 4 to 7 minutes

In-Resort Shuttle:

Your property comes equipped with fresh linens, sheets, towels, basic kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, soap tablets for the dishwasher, liquid dish soap, laundry detergent, paper products such as facial tissue, toilet paper, paper towel, salt and pepper, plus one complimentary pouch of coffee.

The location was outstanding for both Nordic and alpine skiing as well as walking access to the village, and the place was clean and well-appointed for our group of 7 adults. Our group comes to Sun Peaks almost annually, and we agreed that this was the best place we’ve ever stayed in.
