Property was very well stocked and had one of the best outdoor spaces in Sun Peaks backing onto green space with the hot tub tucked away to make it more private. We even had a beautiful buck and doe wander by. There was strata work being done promptly at 7am each morning, which wasn't anticipated. It wouldn't have affected our decision to stay, but would have been nice to know. Property was clean, relaxing, and comfortable. I stayed with friends but am looking forward to a second stay with my family in ski season. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

It was a lovely place to stay. Everything was included. Very accommodating. The place was not as clean as it should have been. Dirty utensils, bathtub needed to be cleaned. Floors were not washed. The faucet in the kitchen fell apart and my husband fixed it. Also the hot tub was not clean. I would love to stay here again, but would expect the place to be cleaned especially when they expect me to clean it on the way out. Christine

Settlers Crossing No 46

This was a great house for ski in/ski out. A short walk to get to the run down to the Orient lift. The house was clean and tidy and had a very well equipped kitchen, one of the best we have stayed in. Two double bedrooms instead of the usual one room with bunk bed. Hot tub was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Covered parking for car. Property owners kept in touch and were very responsive. Highly recommend :)

Incredible Alpine Escape

4 ladies shared this unit very comfortably. The condo was spotless and linens were good quality, very clean and comfortable.The kitchen was very well appointed with spices and coffee, it was really appreciated. The private hot tub was such a bonus with the snow falling one night and amazing moon and stars the next. We would definitely rent here again.
