Our check-in was slow. Upon checking in, one member of the family went ahead of the party to bring the baggage up the stairs because there are no elevators. Upon entering the area of our room, one of our room doors was unlocked and slightly open, without the key having been given to us yet. We finally got checked in then opened the door to our rooms and dropped our bags and left. Upon returning to our rooms later that night, we pulled the comforter of our beds to get some sleep and there was bloodstsins on my guest's bed. We ended up having to wait until 12:00 in the morning to address the issue because that's when someone was at the front desk. We were told that all would be taken care of before we returned from our outing. We got back and it still wasn't fixed. Bloody bed sheets were still on the floor of our room and nothing was done. The person we spoke to in the morning went home sick didn't leave an email or communication regarding thesituation. situation. It was a b situation and so forthwho

The hotel is still under construction. There was no moulding in the room, holes in the Sheetrock where they obviously didn’t know what they were doing. Trash all around the building. I started receiving texts stating it was past check in time even though my room was already paid for. The employees were not friendly and never spoke or asked how our stay was. The only positive is it was clean because it was new and quiet except for the train.started receiving texts
