"We stayed for two nights and our room was never cleaned. I was also never reimbursed the $211 security deposit that was supposed to be returned after checkout. I’m still waiting one month later. Another major issue was that the elevators were broken during our stay. Because of this, we had to carry all of our luggage down seven flights of stairs when leaving, which was extremely inconvenient. Due to this experience, I would not feel comfortable booking here again. I would be concerned about being charged and not being reimbursed, while also having difficulty reaching anyone for assistance. Look forward to receiving my deposit from last months visit eventually. "

"The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The only down fall was there’s only valet parking otherwise will have to pay for street parking. Overall visit was great. Would definitely come back if I’m ever in the Chicago area again. :)"

"Fisrt off the T.v. didn't work great the nice man in engineering did come to help. And tried. They insulted me at checking out by saying I owed something I had already paid. The room was not stocked correctly. And the desk was dirty Over all I was highly disappointed. And who doesn't carry lemons in the restaurant When you order room service. Literally beside myself Breakfast was good. "
