Our apartment (about 70 mÂČ) is located in the Frankenstr. 49 on the ground floor, right in the old town near the harbor. It has a living room with a large dining table for 6 people and 2 bedrooms. The extra bed for the 5th and 6th Person is on the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen with fitted kitchen and large dining table has access to the terrace, overlooking the historic courtyard. The bathroom is tiled with toilet, bath and shower. Equipment 1 bedroom with bunk bed 2 x 0.90 x 2.00 m, bed linen, towels, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 0.90 x 2.00 m, dresser Living room: 1 sofa bed 1.40 x 2.00 m, 2 chests of drawers , Dining table for 6 persons, flat screen TV, radio full bath inside with tub, shower, toilet, heating, hairdryer Separate kitchen with fitted kitchen, dining table for 6 pers. , Fridge with kl. Die Terrasse war eine EnttÀuschung
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Der Vermieter leider nicht immer zuverlĂ€ssig (Duschkabine wurde nicht repariert), die Terrasse ist ein dunkles Loch wo man rauchen kann, sie wird im Inserat viel zu positiv beschrieben. Vogelfutterdreck krĂŒmelt von oben auf die "Terrasse" runter. Nach 22 Uhr darf die Terrasse nicht mehr benutzt werden. Föhn wurde nachgeliefert nach mehrfacher telefonischer Anfrage. Ansonsten mĂŒssten mal die Fenster geputzt werden.

Super Lage aber Erdgeschoss
Die Wohnung liegt super, allerdings direkt an der StraĂe im Erdgeschoss. Wenn man mit Fenster auf schlĂ€ft, kann es ziemlich laut werden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Was gestört hat, war dass das eine Schlafzimmer ein Fenster zum Bad hatte, welches man nicht verdunkeln konnte. Dadurch ist das ganze Zimmer erhellt worden, wenn jemand nachts auf Toilette gegangen ist.

Schöne zentrale Ferienwohnung
Die Fewo liegt sehr zentral in der Stralsunder Altstadt. Das Ozeaneum und die Gorch Fock sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und hat einen speziellen Altbaucharme. Check-In war nett und unkompliziert.
