Frente al Stonington

Posado sobre el agua con tres cubiertas en dos niveles, esta casa tiene las mejores vistas de la cala. La cubierta superior es enorme y fácilmente permite recibir amigos. La casa ha sido remodelada de arriba a abajo y están decoradas en estilo de mediados de siglo. Amazing views for lazing days

The house is perfect for a couple- plenty of room, very clean and very comfortable. The views and location are perfect- we had a great time exploring Stonington, Watch Hill and Mystic.

wonderful getaway

Very nice stay, views are amazing if you want a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. Restaurants nearby and amazing vineyard a few miles away. Paul was a great host and very helpful.

Always a great stay!

Our favorite home away from home! Views are incredible! House is clean, great mattresses and linens. Boat rental was wonderful and worth it. Easy to get to downtown Stonington for great food and great people. Looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect costal weekend get away

Just what we were looking for!

We arrived to gorgeous weather that continued through our entire stay. The house was charming, including beautiful views of the water from every deck. It was very clean and well stocked to make our visit very relaxing. We definitely would consider returning to this great property and location.

Great Springtime Getaway

Paul is a fantastic host and remained communicative throughout our stay. The house and area guides he provided were a great bonus. The decks/outdoor space cannot be beat. Location is very convenient—easy to get to all area attractions and dining. Highly recommend!

A great place to visit family!

My family of 4 had a lovely stay. The house was clean and has been nicely remodeled. We have family that lives nearby in Ashaway and this was a great house for us to stay in while we visited from California. The view was amazing and we had fun using this as our home base while we visited local sites. We loved being able to walk over to the marina to borrow kayaks and paddle boards. One challenge for us was there are no bedroom doors so those that got up early had to be extra quiet not to wake the other people still sleeping. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will come back to stay during another visit.

Family vacation to hometown

Took our elderly in-laws back to their hometown for a visit to see family and some long time friends. The VRBO house was located in the area my father in-law grew up, which he totally enjoyed. The views from the property are very lovely, everyone enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch having morning coffee.

Great Location...and setting

It is so easy to get into Mystic and Newport. We have rented from Paul before, so it was easy to select the same property for our vacation. He is very responsive.

This is a gem!

Cleanest vrbo property we have stayed at- Even the screened in porch was spotless. We wish the weather had cooperated to use all the outdoor spaces. Thankful for a couple covered porches to enjoy the scenery. Great home away from home in a convenient but quiet location.

See above.Beautiful views of nature and people having fun boating on the cove. Had a number of people just come down for the day- so close to Hartford. Beautiful vacation home. Host was very communicative and friendly.

Sister weekend

Fantastic! Spot on with location and views. So relaxing on the water. Sit and chat- in shade with cool hanging chair or rooftop lounge or screened dining- so many options. Great instructions, guides to local activities & food. Zack helped us at the marina for some relaxing kayak time. Loved this place.

Absolutely as pictured! Crisp! Clean! Convenient!

We stayed here with our family of 5. There was plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient for Mystic and Stonington and we got to see all of the sights and come home to relax and unwind. We hope to stay again the the next time we visit family in the area. Paul was also great and helpful and the guide they put together of local businesses was key! I would give it 6 stars if I could!

The place was as advertised can’t predict the weather which it rained and thunderstorms ⛈️ but we knew that the last day was fantastic close proximity to mystic and the ocean 🌊 just wish the weather would have cooperated

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

My husband and I rented this house as our daughter was getting married at a nearby vineyard. It was the perfect house and setting for my daughter and her bridesmaids to get ready for the big day. The house was very clean and provides all the amenities you’d want. Paul, the host, was very responsive and excellent in communicating which I truly appreciated. Hoping yo visit again next Fall and just relax and enjoy the beauty of Stonington.

Views are amazing

Beautiful property and setting! Spacious and decorated nicely. Great kitchen with everything you need. Upper deck is incredible and comfy with views of the river. Wonderful screened in porch. Marina right next door. We brought our own kayaks. Communication is always easy if you have questions. We love all of Paul’s properties! Love all the restaurants in Stonington. Shopping close by, wineries, breweries as well.

The perfect birthday getaway! ❤️

We had a fabulous time! It was the perfect birthday getaway for me. The views were a delight. We thoroughly loved our time on the upper deck. It was so relaxing, and just heavenly. Seeing a fire rainbow, plus a halo rainbow when I walked out on the deck was a special treat! We love Stonington, and the surrounding towns. It was a great to be there, again, and walk around town admiring the gorgeous historic homes. One of our favorite restaurants is not far away, in Noank, which is another fun town to explore. Cottage Charmer with Great Waterfront Views

Nicely renovated cottage near the Stonington Marina, convenient to Westerly, RI, and Stonington and Mystic CT. Great for a quick early spring trip with teen, husband and two dogs. Very impressed with cleanliness of space, layout, new washer/dryers, and very well appointed kitchen. Liked the clean, Scandinavian, practical, mid-century modern style. Especially appreciated all the empty cubbies, shelving, and etageres for space to spread our stuff! Both upper and lower bathrooms comfortable. Stunning view from Master bedroom deck. Would love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy more water activities but got one lovely canoe in on the sunniest day.

Fantastic Home with wonderful views! Highly Recommend staying!

I recently stayed at this lovely home for three nights with my mother and two dogs for a getaway for a few days. We loved the Seaport museum and Mystic shops including the old village just 10 minutes away! The house was fantastic, great communication with owner, who always answered questions quickly, and loved the noon check out time, and minimal duties at departure, as only requirement was to empty trash! The home is nicely renovated, looks modern, was cozy, and comfortable. Loved the THREE decks PLUS the covered eating/dining area with views of the water. The water is just steps from the house and we loved sitting on any of the decks and enjoying the view. The upstairs deck is massive, with 3 different seating areas, where we enjoyed cheese and crackers, and watched the boats at the marina, and the water. It was very relaxing. Loved the record player! Only cons: Murphy bed too firm and right by door so not private, construction next door loud at times, boats on property were moved during stay but owner apologized, towels had orange/rust stains, and only 1 roll of TP for each bathroom. Upstairs TV has streaming but no cable like downstairs. The home was very clean, smelled nice, the kitchen was VERY well stocked including spices, sugar, coffee, olive oil, and had more than other homes I have rented, with everything you could need. There was even a BRAND NEW grill which worked great! Overall great stay and plan to come back next year! Great cozy home w/ great view!
