Hotel is very clean and tidy. Breakfast was superb, a wide variety of options and I like that they are healthy. Dinner was also excellent if you plan on eating dinner at the hotel. Staff members are extremely friendly and will help you with any questions you may ask. Me and my friends were greeted by a lovely person called Kery, Kery has been super nice to us during our stay and even suggested good places to visit & eat. Thank you Kery for making our stay a pleasant one 👍

The first meeting was with a very nice person on the phone when I told the hotel we would arrive after 18:00. When we arrived we had to wait approx 30-45 minutes inn line for checking in. There had been a soccer match the same day and many supporters checked in at the same time as us and there was only one who was checking in the guests, even though the could, and should, have been at least two. The room was nice but no air condition and, since you can´t open windows, the room was a bit too warm.

Good value for money. 10 min walk to many public transport stops. You have to book housekeeping (free) by 18:00 day before, can miss it if busy. Major issue for me was that curtains leaked too much light. Apparently they had blinds but disabled them. It's one issue but extremely inconvenient.

We arrived early and they allowed an early check-in. Room was comfortable and included a small coffee bar and refrigerator. Breakfast was included each morning with many offerings and on our day of checkout, they provided us a Breakfast bag to go.
