Romantic Woods Escape with Oversized Deck

Perched approximately 12 feet above the forest floor, Turquoise Hollow is a peaceful treetop retreat surrounded by woods and overlooking beautiful Lake Eufaula. Its bright turquoise door, spacious interior and oversized deck create a memorable setting for romantic weekends, family escapes and unhurried time together.

The open-concept living area features comfortable seating, a fireplace and a queen sleeper sofa. A private bedroom with a queen bed offers a cozy place to unwind, while the full bathroom and spacious kitchen with granite countertops and a full-size refrigerator provide the comforts of home. Turquoise Hollow accommodates up to four guests.

The oversized furnished deck is the cabin’s signature feature. Start the morning with coffee among the trees, prepare dinner on the propane grill or relax together as evening settles over the wooded ridge. A private outdoor fire pit with seating offers another inviting spot for conversation beneath the stars. Firewood is not provided.

Guests have private use of the entire cabin, deck, grill and fire pit. Shared amenities across the gated 12.5-acre Calico Heights property include a designated hiking trail, horseshoe pit, picnic area, swings, storm shelter and guest supply building. The hiking trail does not lead to the lake, and the property does not provide direct shoreline access.

Turquoise Hollow feels secluded while remaining a short drive from Longtown, Eufaula, restaurants, shopping and lake recreation. Be sure to visit Dobbers Roadhouse, a well-known local favorite owned by your Calico Heights hosts. Walmart delivery and Uber Eats are also available in the area, although service times and availability may vary.

Up to two pets are welcome with a $50 fee per pet. All pets must be included on the reservation.

Please note that stairs are required. Six steps lead to the front entrance, and approximately 25 stairs connect the back deck to ground level. All roads are paved except for the final mile, which is maintained gravel. Parking is available directly outside the cabin.

**Smoking Policy**
Turquoise Hollow is a smoke-free cabin. Smoking or vaping of any substance is not permitted indoors. Smoking is allowed outdoors and on the patio. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of indoor smoking is found.

**Pet Policy**
Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet for the entire stay, with a maximum of two pets. All pets must be included on the reservation. Undisclosed pets will result in a $75 fee per pet.

To protect our guests, pets and property, please follow these guidelines:

- Keep pets leashed whenever they are outdoors or in shared areas.
- Keep pets off the furniture, beds and provided linens. Pet beds are welcome.
- Clean up after your pets, both indoors and outdoors.
- Do not leave pets unattended for extended periods unless they are safely kenneled.
- Excessive barking is not permitted.

Excessive pet hair, damage or failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional cleaning, repair or replacement charges.

**Check-In and Check-Out**
Check-in and check-out times are listed with your reservation. Because Turquoise Hollow is prepared on a carefully scheduled turnover between guests, early arrivals and late departures are permitted only with prior approval.

A $50 fee may be charged for arriving early or departing late without approval. We want you to enjoy as much time as possible at Calico Heights, so please contact us in advance if you would like to request additional time.

**Linens and Stains**
Please use the provided makeup towels and white cloths with cosmetics, skincare products or other items that may stain or bleach linens.

If stains or bleaching cannot be removed, the following replacement charges may apply:

- Bath towel: $10
- Hand towel: $5
- Washcloth: $3
- Sheets: $30
- Bedspread: $50
- Mattress pad: $70
- Robe: $30

**Damage**
Damage to the cabin, furnishings or amenities beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement charges. This includes accidental damage.

Please let us know promptly if anything is broken or damaged during your stay. Timely notice helps us arrange repairs or replacements before the next guests arrive.
