Great place to stay

This property is in a nice and quiet area. It’s a pretty close drive to Ephraim and Gunnison so that was plus as well. Would stay again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We did have a minor booking/billing issue that Evolve Customer Service was very helpful in resolving! The casita was very clean and cute, had great views, and made for a great trip!

Perfect For Us!

This is a quaint, quiet and calming place to stay… and perfect for our family reunion camp-out at Paradise State Park… where we didn’t have to actually camp! Just a few minutes away from all the Paradise happenings, this is my new favorite hang-out when we’re in that neck of the woods!

Great access to Outdoor activities

This was a nice quiet location, and central hub to access the Manti La Sal Mountains. We were able to drive our side-by-side directly from the condo right to the trails. I would definitely stay there again.

I recommend this place to anyone.

My overall impression is that it is an amazing location. The house is very clean and the layout is convenient. I really can't say enough good things.

Just as described

The owner was present during my stay and was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend more glasses and silverware be placed in the kitchen. House was clean and comfortable - beautiful views. i would definitely stay again.

In town for family reunion at Palisades State Park. My wife grew up in Sterling. The accommodations brought back many memories. Will come back.

Charming lithe place with a perfect view. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I hope to stay at this terrific little room whenever i visit my mom. We really liked the fireplace. I sat on front of it to dry my hair after a shower.

Amazing and quiet

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was warm and cozy and very quiet. We slept amazing. Kitchen was perfect with everything we needed. Bathroom had a wall heater that kept showers cozy since it was freezing outside. Bedroom was fully equipped with lots of blankets. Washer and dryer were very convenient for traveling. We will deff stay again the next time we come to Utah.

This property is located 1/2 block from Skyline ATV/UTV rentals. You can access the Arapeen trail system right from this property. The place feels like a cabin, but it's not up in the mountains. It's really cute! The owner is super nice and accomodating. We will be back!

4-Wheeling Trip

The property was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The place was roomy and we were able to host others in our group for a couple of meals with ease. Appliances were clean and in good condition. Would suggest better lighting in the living/kitchen area.

Quiet neighborhood, had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Price was right. Communication with Ron the owner was great. We will stay here again in the future.

Perfect option for palisades lake getaway

We camped two days at palisades lake state park then happily enjoyed the comfort of this casita for two more nights while going back to meet with family at the lake each day. It was only about 5 minutes away. We used the air mattress for our teens and the bed was comfy. Having a washer and dryer were super handy and the kitchen accommodations were great. Convenient, clean and cozy. Highly recommend if you plan to visit manti area and/or palisades lake state park.

A Great Little Place

Overall a really great experience! Ron was great to work with, and check-in was a breeze. You maintain the feeling of privacy since it's disconnected from the main house. The view from the balcony is really lovely and we saw wildlife out back in the evenings. I loved having a full-size fridge and freezer, everything would be good and cold and ready to pack in a cooler each morning to take to the campground. It's a GREAT location for meeting family at Palisades since we're the only ones without an RV, just a few minutes drive away. My only qualm is the listing says up to 4 people, and I assumed there was a pull-out couch, but it was an air mattress. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
