Vacation like at home in the beautiful East Frisia

Our comfortable and cozy apartment on the upper floor offers 62 square meters of living space plenty of space for 2 people. The living area has a comfortable sitting area, a dining table with 4 upholstered chairs and a small "chill-out corner" with an electric wall-mounted fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD player and a small stereo. From the living area you have access to a spacious south-west facing balcony. Here you can end an eventful day. In addition to the equipment with a sofa and a couch with umbrella you will also find an electric grill. The kitchen offers a dining area, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee and espresso machine, kettle, toaster and egg cooker. The bedroom has a box spring bed, a small desk and of course enough closet space. The shower in the spacious bathroom has a low entry. Additional bathroom amenities include hair dryer and washing machine.
Additional costs, final cleaning and initial supply of bed linen and towels are included in the price. The apartment has a separate entrance. A parking space is available, as well as free Wi-Fi.

Erholung pur!

Wir haben uns 14 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, insbesondere die technischen Besonderheiten (Alexa) übertraf unseren privaten Standard. Und dazu noch der hauseigene Brötchen-Lieferdienst ! SUPER

Die Wohnung ist neuwertig eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl! Die Gastgeber/Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und versuchen den Gästen den Aufenthalt so schön und angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Schöne, voll ausgestattete FeWo, Küche top, es fehlte uns an Nichts. Aufmerksamkeiten wie ein Obstkorb und sogar Wein und Sekt standen bereit. Bequemes Sofa, großes TV Gerät, sep. Esstisch, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Kerzen, Teelichter, überall gibt's kleine Lichtquellen für gemütliche Abende...

Wir hatten schon einige Ferienwohnungen, die Alle schön waren,aber Diese war die Beste!!!!! Sehr,sehr nette Vermieter.Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen,mit Sekt und Obstschale.Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Die Wohnung groß, wunderschön und mit viel Herz eingerichtet. Etwas außerhalb, aber für uns genau richtig,mitten im Grünen. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und wollen gerne wiederkommen

Wir haben und sofort wohl gefühlt!

Wir haben noch nie eine solch komplett ausgestattete, mit Liebe eingerichtete Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Es fehlte an Nichts, im Gegenteil wir wurden zusätzlich mit kleinen sehr netten Aufmerksamkeiten empfangen. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam und immer für einen da, haben auch immer gute Tipps für die Freizeit parat. Die Wohnung ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen, im Sommer ist man mit Rädern auch schnell an der Küste. Vielen Dank an die Eheleute F.

Toller Urlaub

Die kurzfristige Buchung hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Ferienwohnung ist genau so wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Sie ist hervorragend ausgestattet und die Lage sehr gut. Ein Supermarkt ist in ca 1 km Entfernung und bis zur Ortsmitte von Esens sind es gut 2 km. Bensersiel ist mit dem Fahrrad über Radwege in ca 6 km zu erreichen. Für den Strandzugang ist eine Nordsee Card erforderlich oder ein Eintritt ist zu entrichten.

Alles was das Herz begehrt

Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und die gesamte Abwicklung verlief völlig unkompliziert. Vom ersten Augenblick an haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die liebevoll eingerichtete und gepflegte Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Meinerseits blieben keine Wünsche offen und komme gerne wieder :)

Wundervoller Urlaub und Erholung pur...

Wir hatten vom 26.08.- 02.09.2018 das große Glück, die Ferienwohnung der Familie Fabricius nutzen zu dürfen. Schon bei der Begrüßung durch Frau Fabricius haben wir uns willkommen und wohl gefühlt und beim Rundgang durch die wunderschöne Wohnung wurde dieses Gefühl noch bestärkt. Familie Fabricius hat die Wohnung so geschmackvoll und mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet und Frau Fabricius hat mit liebevollen Accecoires und den kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie z.B.Wein und Gläser in der Kaminecke oder der Schale mit frischem Obst in der Küche dem Ganzen noch den i-Punkt draufgesetzt. Wir hatten herrliches Wetter und waren tagsüber viel unterwegs,um Land und Leute kennenzulernen. Aber mindestens genauso gern sind wir abends in die Wohnung zurückgekehrt und konnten in der urgemütlichen Atmoshäre den Tag entspannt und zufrieden ausklingen lassen. Unvergesslich war für uns auch der Grillabend am Teich - wir hatten einen lauen Sommerabend, eine wunderschöne Unterhaltung bei schmackhaft zubereitetem Grillgut und an schöngeistigen Getränken hat es auch nicht gefehlt. Wer Erholung sucht, in einer liebevoll und modern eingerichteten Ferienwohnung seinen Urlaub verbringen will und dazu noch Gastfreundschaft genießen möchte, die Seinesgleichen sucht - der ist bei Familie Fabricius und deren Ferienwohnung sehr gu aufgehoben. Und nun noch ein Wort in eigener Sache: Brigitte und Hans Werner - es waren unvergesslich schöne Tage bei euch und wir machen Ernst - wir kommen wieder. Beste Ferienwohnung die wir je gebucht haben

Hier stimmt wirklich alles. Nach der sehr freundlichen Begrüßung durch die Vermieter fanden wir eine saubere Ferienwohnung vor, in der alles stimmte. Die Küche ist für einen Hobbykoch bestens ausgerüstet. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig, Fernseher haben wir aber nicht benötigt. Das Bad überraschte mit allen für den Urlaub erforderlichen Dingen bis hin zu Zahnbürsten. Und auf dem Boxspringbett im Schlafzimmer haben wir bestens geschlafen. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf einen nächsten Besuch.
