The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. The apartment can accommodate 3 people. It consists of one bedroom (double bed and one bed for 1 person), kitchen and bathroom. The size of the apartment is about 30 m2. The apartment also has its own balcony, which is equipped with garden furniture. The facility is 300 m from the beach. Paklenica National Park is 1.2 km from the apartment. Within 100 m there are: supermarket, coffee bar, gas station, pharmacy, ATM, exchange office, hairdresser, souvenir shop. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 10 cars) is available on the property.
