Spacious, light and completely refreshed condo, with tasteful, brand new furnishings, with two king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms – Enjoy your morning coffee on the fresh-air screened porch or relax and read or nap in the comfy air conditioned sunroom’s overstuffed chairs. The airy, open, and bright loft space is outfitted with a daybed and trundle that sleeps an additional two and a nice desk that offers a work station for either an adult work space or child's desk. The updated high-end kitchen opens to the living and dining space, with half bath in the main entertaining area. Lots of closet space. Two bicycles provided for riding the miles of beautiful, meandering trails marked by live oaks, coastal hanging Spanish moss and marsh views that follow nine holes and a putting green.

Located in the prestigious Sea Palms golf community and near other prestigious island golf courses.
Walk to iconic and historic Bennie's Red Barn restaurant and after hours live music and dancing at the Tree Bar. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, badminton set, etc. provided. House stocked with board games and books for your entertainment. Proximity to best restaurants, grocery and retail.
