Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited St. Simons Island for the first time and came with my parents and my children. Next Stop was a perfect place to stay for our family! My boys loved the upstairs “kid cave” as they called it. The home was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the beach and we totally enjoyed being able to get to the restaurants and the village so quickly!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time staying at NextStop,. We stayed last year for the montn of March also. The unit is gettng tired...both times we had major appliance issues. It is comfortable although they can use dressers in the bedrooms..We brought our own tv as bedrooms are without. Had to buy measuring spoons, cups, garlic press. Great location, even if it is on busy road. No pool....pool furniture for lounging getting old.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Found the condo clean. Too many random serving and storage containers in kitchen but only one frying pan. Had to buy one to cook pancakes and bacon. Cleaning crew left 3 washcloths for our stay in a very disorganized linen closet. Dryer unit stayed on most of every order to dry clothes. No grill of any kind. We missed tvs in 2 bedrooms. No blender.

Relaxing/Fun Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed the condo and especially liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Living area accommodated the 5 of us and the comfortable deck was a welcomed early morning reading area. It was refreshing to have the pool available after spending the day at the beach. Only areas that we would comment on that we found in need of improvement were an update on the bedding in each room and the air conditioner on the 3rd floor bedroom did not really cool the room. Overall - a great place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing experience. Easy key pick up, and the unit was as described. Perfectly located close to town and quick walking distance to the beach. There’s a pool in the backyard which is excellent for the kids when they needed a break from the beach. East beach is fantastic; Wide open space and easy to socially distance while enjoying a perfect beach vacation. I would highly recommend and I look forward to returning myself.
