This condominium was newly remodeled and is one of the top condominiums located in Sand Castle III. It has its own private spiral staircase that leads down to the pool, hot tub, beach, and gas grills. I have minivans stationed at the airports for your convenience. They are an extra charge. I am fully insured and can usually beat the competition buy about 50%. Also we own two other direct oceanfront condominiums next-door to this one in Sand Castle II and Sandcastle l
(sandcastle one VRBO #786204 or sandcastle two VRBO #769898 also VRBO # 2813590 that has all the amenities that this one has to offer. All three of these condominiums have gas grills located near the pool for your personal use. My condominiums provide high-quality linens and mattresses which help to make your beach day truly memorable when you relax in the evenings. Disney and Busch Gardens are located only a short distance away. Tampa airport is located 30 minutes from your doorstep and St. Petersburg /Clearwater airport (PIE) is located 20 minutes away. We loved the condo unit as it was spacious for 4 adults and well decorated with beach themes. The views were amazing and appreciated the spiral staircase from our unit to the pool/hot tub area or straight to the beach. Philip (owner) was always available to answer questions. We would highly recommend renting his condo!

I chose this property because I could have guests in for a few hours for a 70th birthday. The only issue was guest parking. HOWEVER, there is parking along the road in front of the condo and also down the road. Just beware especially during a holiday weekend. Other than that it was great. Condo was clean, had all eating and cooking tools I needed, maybe could have more towels for eight people? Still we will come again. Host was prompt with communication and making sure we had everything we needed for a great vacation. Thanks

Perfect Beach Vacation

I stayed at this condo for a week with my wife and three kids, and it was perfect for us. The beach is only steps away, and was very clean and not crowded. We loved the stairs down from the balcony to the pool and hot tub. We also met several other condo owners and visitors and everyone was very friendly for the most part. If you are looking for a place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation, look no further!

Great Coastal Condo

Excellent stay with my son’s family, which included our grandchildren ranging in age from 3-14. We all really enjoyed the convenience on the spiral staircase to the pool deck and super quick access to the beach. Just a few minor glitches that were easily resolved by communicating with Philip. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved It…

We absolutely loved this property! Convenient to everything we needed! Loved the location and the beach access was perfect! Definitely would stay here again! The only downfall to this trip was Hurricane Helene!!! We had a mandatory evacuation on day 4 and had to leave 3 days early! Other than that, I give it a 10+

Family Vacation

We loved the view! The white sand and turquoise water was absolutely beautiful! We loved being able to walk out the door and be right there. We enjoyed being able to cook and the grills outside were an added bonus. We had plenty of room for six adults and one little one :). We hope to come back next year! It was great family time! Great property and location

Loved having easy access to the pool and beach using the dedicated spiral staircase to our unit. Warmest pool and hot tub we’ve ever been in which is great for this time of year. Pots and pans a very dated. Brand new big TVs in every room. 25 minute drive to Clearwater.

Great location

I’ve stayed at numerous condos at this property and have enjoyed the location. This property could use some maintenance and upgrades. For what you pay for compared to others, it’s a bit less appealing. The furniture on the balcony was uncomfortable and that’s where you’d want to spend most of your time. However, the spiral staircase is a bonus as it takes you right to the pool.

Family vacay

Great location. Very convenient to the beach, not crowded, love the stairs down to the pool. Had everything we needed. Unit could use some updating. Sliding doors difficult to use, could use a little more furniture for seating, only seats about 5 comfortably in living room. Beds and bedding a little dated and not comfortable. Furniture on balcony not comfortable but fine. overall a great stay. Just minor things that would take it to the next level.

LESS THAN POOR

Check in is at 4:00. We got in at 4:30 and had to deal with the maintenance as it wasn’t done before we arrived. The condo was filthy! I took pictures and sent to the owner; rather than make it right, he was in denial and praised the cleaning staff. A pest control worker entered the condo just as I was getting in the shower; no notice from the owner!!! There are plenty of other rentals in the area, you are best to stay away from this one!
