This four-bedroom, three-bath Largo home welcomes up to 10 guests for family vacations, friend getaways, and milestone celebrations. Beach gear is ready for the 5–10-minute drive to Indian Rocks Beach. The private pool is available year-round, 24 hours a day, with heating included November through March.

FAMILY AND BEACH EXTRAS
Pack a little lighter with a high chair, Pack 'n Play, children's activities, and pool toys. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, sand toys, a wagon, and coolers are ready for days at the Gulf; pool towels and floats are provided at home.

BRING YOUR DOGS
Dogs are part of the family at Twin Oaks. Up to two dogs weighing 50 pounds or less each are welcome with advance approval. Add each dog to the reservation and share its breed and approximate weight before arrival; the fee is $100 per dog, per stay.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

PALM PARADISE
The primary suite has a king bed, quality linens, tropical coastal styling, and a Smart TV. Its private ensuite has an oversized walk-in rain shower, towels, a hair dryer, and bath essentials.

SAILOR'S CABIN
Two queen beds, quality linens, nautical accents, and a Smart TV. This bedroom connects to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

CASTAWAY'S RESPITE
Two queen beds, quality linens, peaceful beach-inspired decor, and a Smart TV, with access to the shared hall bathroom.

ANGLER'S ALCOVE
One queen bed, a child bed, a convertible sleeper chair, a Smart TV, and a workstation with a monitor, chair, outlets, and desk lighting. This bedroom connects to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Twin Oaks has six permanent adult beds: one king and five queens. The child bed and sleeper chair add sleeping flexibility within the home's 10-guest maximum; they do not increase occupancy.

THE BATHROOMS
The three full bathrooms include the private Palm Paradise ensuite; a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower and two sinks connecting Sailor's Cabin and Angler's Alcove; and the Lighthouse shared hall bathroom with a bathtub-and-shower combination. Towels and bath essentials are provided.

POOL AND SCREENED OUTDOOR RETREAT
The screened pool area has lounge seating, towels, floats, and toys, framed by tropical landscaping. A fully fenced backyard adds another place to relax. Heating performance and water temperature may vary during unusually cool weather. Guests may enjoy the pool at any hour while remaining mindful of neighborhood quiet hours.

TIKI BAR AND TWO FIRE-PIT AREAS
The screened Tiki Bar is a signature space for morning coffee, refreshments, outdoor dining, and evenings together. Beneath its hut is a high-top propane fire-pit table; a second propane fire pit with comfortable seating sits nearby. Fuel is supplied, and the fire features have electronic ignition. A propane grill with supplied fuel is available for outdoor cooking.

LIVING, DINING, AND KITCHEN
The living room has coastal furnishings, nautical accents, a fireplace, and a 75-inch Smart TV. Share casual meals in the family room or gather in the separate formal dining area. The spacious kitchen has modern appliances, generous counter space, cookware, dishes, glassware, and serving essentials. The coffee bar offers drip and Keurig options with coffee, tea, sugar, and creamers.

TECHNOLOGY AND COMFORT
High-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, Smart TVs, keyless self-check-in, a washer and dryer, quality linens, bath and pool towels, and practical starter supplies help you settle in.

LOCATION
Twin Oaks is in a peaceful Largo neighborhood near Gulf Coast beaches, waterfront communities, restaurants, parks, shopping, and family attractions. Clearwater Beach, Madeira Beach, John's Pass Village, Dunedin, Florida Botanical Gardens, Heritage Village, Walsingham Park, and St. Petersburg are also within driving distance.

GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING
Guests have private access to the entire home, garage, screened pool and Tiki Bar retreat, fenced backyard, and outdoor amenities. We'll send your unique entry code and arrival instructions before check-in. Parking is guaranteed for four vehicles: two in the garage and two in the driveway. Two to three street spaces may be available first-come, first-served.

GOOD TO KNOW

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; checkout is by 11:00 AM local time. We'll send checkout instructions during your stay. A paid late checkout may be offered when scheduling allows. Early luggage drop-off may be available with advance approval.

VISITORS, GATHERINGS, AND PARTIES
Twin Oaks welcomes family vacations, reunions, birthdays, milestone getaways, and time with friends. Visitors, gatherings, and parties require advance approval based on the size and nature of the plans.

PARKING GUIDELINES
Keep lawns, sidewalks, neighboring driveways, and properties clear. Additional street parking is subject to availability and local restrictions.

SMOKING, VAPING, AND DRUGS
Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors. They are permitted in appropriate outdoor areas away from doors, windows, and the pool. Indoor smoking or vaping may require specialized cleaning and a $500 fee. Illegal drugs are prohibited.

QUIET HOURS
Keep music, conversations, and outdoor activities considerate. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

POOL SAFETY
There is no lifeguard. Supervise children and non-swimmers in and around the pool. No diving, running, glass, sharp objects, or breakable items in the pool area. Do not adjust pool equipment.

FIRE-PIT SAFETY
Stay nearby while either propane fire feature is in use, supervise children, and fully turn off the fire features and fuel afterward.

CARING FOR THE HOME
Please care for furnishings, appliances, the Tiki Bar, pool equipment, and outdoor amenities, and report damage or maintenance concerns promptly.

ACCESSIBILITY
Twin Oaks is single-story with one small step at the front entrance and no other interior or pool-area steps. Entryways are illuminated. There are no entrance handrails, separate pool safety gate, or ADA-specific modifications. Contact us before booking about a particular accessibility need.

FLORIDA WILDLIFE
Geckos, lizards, frogs, insects, or other small wildlife may occasionally appear despite regular professional pest-control service.

AIRPORT ACCESS
Twin Oaks is approximately 25–35 minutes from Tampa International Airport (TPA) and 15–20 minutes from St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE). Both offer rental cars and other ground transportation. Airport travel times vary with traffic.
