A short getaway for my wife and I. Our second time staying at Barefoot Beach Resort. We have been very happy here. The cleanliness of our unit and the grounds was superb. It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach and several great restaurants are within a 5-10 minute drive.

The place was great. More spacious than I expected. Everything was clean and Ana was amazing at answering any question we had very quickly. It was just a short walk to the beautiful beach using the resort access sidewalk which was really nice as well.

Strongly recommend this condo. Quiet location with quick access to both the canal (great for fishing) & to the gulf. Close to a few bars & restaurants. Having bikes available was a huge benefit plus the host provided beach chairs and an umbrella. Full kitchen was nice but on several occasions we used the numerous gas grills that are on the property for cooking up brats, burgers & fresh fish. Host was easy to communicate with. Looking forward to coming back 😊

This place was exactly as described on Vrbo. Very attractive, clean, comfortable, tv in living room and in bedroom. Laundry three doors down from us on same level ( we were on second floor), very convenient. Lovely pool and beautiful beach across the street. Very quiet. Friendly staff and other guests

Great place to stay

Communication with host was prompt and responsive. The condo was neat, clean, well appointed, spacious. Short walk to the white sandy beach. Beach chairs and umbrella supplied by host came in very useful indeed. Kitchen was well equipped, and we bought groceries from nearby Walmart & Publix. Check-in and out were smooth. Overall, had a great time ! Planning to be back again sometime, would highly recommend.

Spring Break

This was our 4th stay at Barefoot Beach Resort. We have chosen to return because the property has all the necessary amenities, close to the beach, and the convenient location. Fortunately, this will be our last spring break trip. The other guests at the property ruined our trip.. basically. Early morning, guests would go to the pool and leave beach towels on lawn chairs to reserve/take chairs. I don’t mean for a half hour.. I mean put towels down at 8:30 and not return to 11 or so.. including the 3 tables w/ umbrellas. Really unbelievable.. never seen anything like it. We as a couple were simply looking for 2 lawn chairs … one in shade and one in sun.. Could not find unless it was early evening.. But then again, that is US in 2020… rude, inconsiderate, and entitled behavior. Not sure the property owners can do much about it but maybe request some type of courtesy and not to leave personals belongings unattended for long hours.
