The VRBO communication process was simple and efficient. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our stay. We appreciated the extra amenities like well appointed kitchen, beach chairs, and beach towels. We loved having the beachfront balcony with the ocean so close! Gorgeous views of the gulf - loved that all rooms had that oceanfront view and balconies! Conveniently located so that we were able to walk to several restaurants. The condo is spacious, updated, and was well stocked with all that we needed from kitchen supplies to beach gear (floats, chairs, umbrellas, etc) and even some puzzles and games. Nice, quiet, comfortable place to stay. Will be back when we return to the area!

The property is pretty well maintained. It has a breathtaking view of the ocean from the living room and both bedrooms. Condo was clean and organized. They had everything we needed for the beach including multiple floatation devices, beach chairs and beach towels. They had some nice puzzles that we enjoyed during our stay as well. Location is well secured and other than a little construction noise from neighboring buildings,it is quiet and serene.
