Besides being in the heart of Largo, FL with retail and restaurants the surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.

Starter Supplies: This is a self-served unit. A starter pack of toiletries is provided. We recommend guests purchase daily necessities prior to arrival, as initial supplies (coffee, trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, etc.) will not be replenished.
Insects: It is common to encounter insects in Florida, especially in natural areas. The property is regularly treated by a pest control company. However, occasional insects may still be seen. Please clean food crumbs and garbage daily to help prevent attracting insects.
Security Cameras: The property has external cameras for liability reasons (break-ins, injury, rule violations). This footage is not shared and does not infringe on guests' privacy in public areas. Disabling or obscuring cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
Early Check-in/Out: Message us to inquire about early check-in or late check-out options.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 8:00am.
PETS:
We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.
Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.
PARKING : Guest park vehicles at their own risk and must abide by all community, city, county and state parking rules and laws. The community does not allow street parking and will tow cars. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. Please note only two cars can park in the drive.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
