Due to this being an upscale building, the condo assn. has a required rental period of atleast 2.5-3 months per guest. We cannot rent to a guest with a shorter rental period than 2-3 months.
This luxury upscale condo which is nicely furnished with 2 bedrooms
2 bath with 2 direct gulf view balconies on the 11th floor NW corner unit.
This unit is located in a high rise 15 floor tower building direct gulf front on Redington Shores beach.

This condo is well equipped and provides over 1400 s.f. of comfortable
living area which can easily sleep 5 persons.
Direct Gulf front 11th floor corner unit with direct gulf front with beach and side view balconies.
New 50" LCD flat screen TV in great room.
Master suite has king size bed with a full bath, TV and closet and private balcony.
Second bedroom has Queen bed, TV and complete dresser set.
Rollaway bed in the 2nd bedroom included.
Gorgeous direct gulf view corner unit with 2 balconies.
Comfortably sleeps 5-6 .
Assigned parking space - visitor parking also included.
Condo unit located directly on the beach - steps from pool.

The sunsets are amazing each night with the panoramic views.
