As you enter the second floor, you are greeted by floor to ceiling windows in the open concept kitchen-living area, with premium appliances and all you need to make a 4-course meal.

Continuing past the electric fireplace, you will walk out to the sprawling front wrap-around balcony, perfect for late night chats with your favorite people.

On the 3rd floor you will find an expansive rooftop deck with its own indoor wet bar to store your favorite drinks, making it the prime location to take in all the Sunshine State has to offer!

All bedrooms have smart TVs and built in closets, all bathrooms have LED mirrors to give you the best lighting to get ready for a day on the town, and there is a washer and dryer on each floor. All beds have Nova memory foam mattresses. Elevator use by request only, and permission granted based on need- not guaranteed.

Main floor:
*Master- king bed and bathroom with soaking tub, walk in shower, and towel warmer
*BR2- queen bed

Lower floor:
*Full kitchenette for warming up leftovers, making coffee, or keeping your favorite beverage cold

Other things to Note:
^Early check-in and late check-out are typically not available. However on the day of your arrival if you are in town early, feel free to reach out around 2-3pm in case the unit is ready early.

^Guest Number:
Only the number of guests stated in your reservation are allowed to be at or in the property at any time without express written approval of property owner. If you exceed the number of guests you book for, there will be a $100 fine per person per night. No parties or gatherings. Noise monitors inside house. Violations will be met with applicable fines & eviction.

^Pets:
All pets require Host approval prior to/right after time of booking if using instant book. If you are bringing your fur child, there is a $200 pet fee. No cats. No aggressive breeds, one dog, 40 lb max. (if you have 2 dogs under 20 lbs, contact host) Please be sure to read Pet Rules in the House Rules section. If you instant book and you do not meet these requirements, you will be required to cancel the reservation from your (guest) side and you will receive a full refund (at time of booking only).

^Starter supplies of toiletries are provided, but if you are here for a longer stay, you will likely need to make a short trip to the grocery to replenish paper products.

^Parking:
You will have two parking spots in the garage and two on the driveway. If you have additional cars, there are a few street parking spots and a public lot nearby.

^ Security cameras are present throughout exterior of property and interior common areas.

House Rules:
-No smoking in or near the house ($1000 fine) Illegal substances of any kind are prohibited, if present, reservation will be canceled with no refund and guests will be removed by authorities.
-No moving/rearranging furniture ($1000 fine)
-Adults cannot book for people under 25 years old unless they will also be staying on the premises for the duration of the stay
-Security cameras are present around exterior of property and rooftop, garage, and in common hallway upon entering the building. Under no circumstances may these be removed, blocked off, or have their correct function hindered in any capacity. Should this happen, your reservation will be immediately terminated with no refund. No exceptions.
-Cleaners charge a $50 fine per 30 minutes guests are late to check out

Pet Rules:
-Pet fee, per pet ($200) No cats. Max 2 dogs.
-No aggressive or guard dog breeds
-Pets cannot be left alone for extended periods of time
-Absolutely no pets on any furniture (any damage, cleaning, discoloration, or other invoices received by cleaning company resulting from violating this rule will be billed to guest. If furniture or other items are damaged beyond repair, guest will be billed up to a max amount equal to the replacement cost of the item)
-Clean up and dispose of pet poop ($100 fine) and use the hose to spray down the turf anywhere they use the bathroom
-If your pet is barking or otherwise being a nuisance to others, you will get one warning. On the second complaint you will be required to remove the pet or vacate the premises. You will forfeit the remainder of your stay and will not receive a refund.
-Must be on leash in all common and public areas
