Patio overlooking the ocean was incredible! It was so relaxing and cool. Lots of shade throughout the day. Pool and hot tub was nice. The inside was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

Not cleaned well at all. Mold and mildew all over window seals and ceilings. Lights burnt out. Broke

No very clean. Mild and mildew on windows and ceilings. Not an easy check in. Broken lights. Broken tub faucet. No locks on bathroom door. Air conditioning went out 3 different times. It was just one thing after another.

Awesome vacation

Had a relaxing month at TI. Unit was exactly as pictured. Location was close to beach, many restaurants within walking distance and convenient grocery store right next door. Enjoyed porch furniture on balcony every evening. My wish list would include different shower head in hall bathroom as it was very weak, frying pans with lids that fit and a larger cookie sheet, otherwise the kitchen was well equipped. Felt safe knowing a code was required to enter building. Loved it so much we booked again at the Palms for next year,

Chilly XMas in St Pete

Despite the cold weather we had a wonderful time in St Pete. Location was great. Close to the beach, Publix, and St John’s Pass. The Condo had everything we needed.

Poorly cleaned

I would not recommend this property to others. There were many areas of the condo which were clearly not cleaned: floors throughout, bathroom/toilet, dirty dishes, rustly pan, spot from a spill next to the fridge. It also had an odd smell. The property management company, iTrip Vacations, in Madeira responded to my text, but only offered to clean it of course once we had already moved our stuff in. This would have been an inconvenience. It should have been completely clean before moving in. At the very least, we should get our 'cleaning fee' refunded. ---Mike Lindenmuth (I will also post to Google re: iTripVacations property management.

Fantastic Getaway

You will not be disappointed. This place was perfect for our family. Our friends also stayed in a condo on the floor above us. The beach was just across the street. Groceries, restaurants, entertainment and souvenir shops all within walking distance. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a week full of memories!

Perfect location

The condo was updated and clean. It’s directly next door to Publix grocery store and across the street from the public beach entrance. Lots of shops and restaurants within a few walking minutes. Beds are very firm. We were extremely disappointed to arrive and discover the balcony was unusable due to construction. Yes, management emailed me about the dilemma 2 days before arrival but since I’d already received the check in email I didn’t see the new email. I wish they would’ve called me instead since it was only 2 days before arrival. We would’ve booked elsewhere since sitting on a warm balcony by the ocean is a top vacation requirement for me. We didn’t rent a car so this location was perfect. The hot tub was pretty gross and needed to be cleaned out.

Good Place

This place was fine for our short stay. We went to Treasure Island during a cold snap, but the pool was so nice and warm and the hot tub was relaxing. The condo's floor plan is unusual, but if you like the second bedroom away from the master, it's great! The kitchen is very narrow. One of the best things was the quick response from the mgmt team when I had a question. Also, you can see a bit of the ocean from the deck, and having the grocery store right next door was a great convenience.

Lovely place to relax

We've been to Treasure Island a bunch of times, and this is by far the best location--right next door to the supermarket, walking distance to all the restaurants, close to the beach, and the heated pool and hot tub facing the bay are wonderful. Highly recommend for a getaway, and would come back in a heart beat. Enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by 2 days.

Very good value for location

Overall, we were very pleased. There were a few maintenance issues to address but they were addressed properly and the property manager was very helpful. That location was very convenient to the beach and supermarkets and restaurants

Wonderful stay

We stayed here for a few days and very much enjoyed the accommodations. The home clean except we felt like the floors could’ve been cleaned a bit more. The weather was rainy but on the chance it didn’t rain the walk to the beach was very quick and easy. Really convenient that Publix was next door too. We’d stay here again!

Nice place

This property was easy to access. Was not sure about the cleaning policies of tacking out the trash and cleaning the dishes when I am paying for cleaning services. Suggestions would be to provide better guidance or possibly map of where the dumpster is, maybe actually having someone available to give me a parking pass vs reaching over the counter and help yourself and someone to respond when the pool is low. Most of this could be achieved if someone were actually at the desk. Also the WiFi needs to be security protected for safety of your visitors.

Great location!

We stayed in condo #104 it was great! Loved how they decorated and had everything we needed! Great location beach access across the street and Publix right next door. Walking distance to great restaurants like Ricky T' s and Sloppy Joe's, Also the views are Amazing! You get the best of both worlds! The gulf on one side and the bay on the other side! We will definitely be staying at the Palms of Treasure Island again!
