Old Florida charm combined with modern updates makes for the perfect getaway. Surrounded by lush gardens, our resort offers you a choice of updated studios to one and two bedroom suites. All units have been updated with new bathrooms and full kitchens. Everything you need to whip up a meal or create a memorable picnic for the beach.

We are a dog friendly resort…So the entire family is welcome! All dogs must be registered. Restrictions and fees apply.

This one-bedroom unit has a queen-sized bed with a closet, dresser and flat screen TV. Bathroom has a tiled glass enclosure shower. Separate living room area with a sofa bed and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops. Bungalows at Treasure Island or Silver Sands at Treasure Island are sister resorts with 18 units in total and plenty of room options available.

Relax and unwind! Catch a yoga class on the beach, or frolic in the beautiful Gulf waters. When not enjoying the beach take a break in one of our many sitting areas around the property. Relax at our spacious heated outdoor pool and catch some rays close to home. Enjoy a barbecue with one of our charcoal grills throughout the property and create a meal to enjoy outside. Endless memories to create!

We are a non-smoking and non-vaping property.
Dogs are not allowed around the pool area.
All dogs must be registered prior to arrival. There is a one time pet fee of $125 per pet. Unregistered pets charge is $250. Maximum two pets allowed. Other restrictions apply.
Children must be accompanied by an adult around the pool.
Registered guests only and all guests must be registered.
No parties or events.
Renters are responsible for any damage caused to the property by themselves or their guests during their stay.
Any persons not abiding by the house rules may be asked to leave without refund.
