This is a nice sized condo with plenty of sunlight. Proximity to the beach was great. Everything we needed for beach days was provided. The condo was not cleaned and ready for our arrival which was disappointing and delayed our vacation experience but Esteban responded immediately and was always very responsive. As some others have mentioned, we experienced exceptionally loud noise from the upstairs guests for several hours after 10pm -it was really bad and because it was so late at night we didn't reach out to Esteban at that time- we wish we would have because being sleep deprived before a 5am flight is terrible. Thankfully it was on our last night but I did inform him on an early morning text to which he responded right away and even stated we should not have waited. So for any future guests who may have to deal with inconsiderate upstairs guests; don't hesitate to reach out. We were able to wash our clothes before leaving which was nice but the back of the dryer's drum is rusted and stained a few of our items but other than that we would stay again.

We loved the location of the property and the amenities provided. We did not enjoy the neighbors above us. Kids were running the entire time and it is very noisy for this unit. We also didn’t like the fact we couldn’t cool the condo below 74 degrees. After being in the sun it was not comfortable sleeping at night even with fans going. On our last day we had water dripping into the master bedroom from the ceiling. The dryer does not dry very well. Our laundry had to be set to 60 minutes and ran two cycles. Our stay would have been more enjoyable had the guests above us been more mindful. This property manager did reach out to the other owner but it did not resolve the issue.

Wonderful place

Our family, including two boys ages 3 and 4, stayed here for 5 nights and loved this condo. We especially appreciate the family-friendly touches such as kids’ books in the TV armoire, a step stool in the bathroom, and plastic plates and utensils. Yes, the parking spot is tight as advertised, but in a great location as it is right next to the unit stairs. The pool was nice and we spent a lot of time here too. Coco’s is a great restaurant for kiddos and we also visited Tropical Creamery for ice cream! This complex is small, simple, and had everything we needed and for family that cooks most of our meals, we also found this particular unit well stocked. All windows had blinds but we’d have loved curtains in addition to also keep it cool and dark, especially at night, and a storage shelf would’ve been helpful in the master bathroom shower. These are just small suggestions as we really enjoyed this place and hope to be back!

Great location and a fantastic beach. The condo is spacious and comfortable. It had all the amenities. Loved the restaurants and bars nearby. Will definitely return to IRB.

Great Trip

What a great place. Super clean and updated. We love the area because you can walk to anything you need. Esteban was quick to answer any questions we had and accomodated our requests. Although we didn't use them, there was a pop up play pen and kids toys in the spare bedroom closet. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas in the storage closet as well. We look forward to returning.

Girls Trip

Five ladies over 40 enjoyed a long weekend on the beach. Everything was wonderful. The stairs leading up to the condo were a great lil workout for some of us! So many awesome beach accessories for us to use. We weren’t missing anything. There were several restaurants, bars, and a CVS a quick walk away. The pool wasn’t huge, but we basically had it to ourselves. The beach was amazing, clean, and lots of chairs available! Highly recommend for a laid back beach vacation.

Great but prepared to climb stairs

The Condo was very nice. We love the location, it’s close to our favorite restaurants. Unfortunately the pool was closed and with red tide in the area we would have used that a lot. There are 17 stairs to climb so be prepared. Our group was 4 women all over 60 and it was difficult to get our luggage up and down the stairs. Esteban is, however, great to deal with. The lock on the door broke and he came right over to take care of it. He is a great host. We probably return but will pack less to make it easier for luggage and stairs!

Office Staff Getaway

This was a trip I organized to say "thank you" to the all-female staff of my CPA office. We had a wonderful time at this property. It was perfect for the 5 of us (2 in each bedroom and 1 on the couch). Having been to IRB before, I knew the location was perfect for getting to the restaurants and activities we had planned. We couldn't have asked for anything more in a property. I will definitely add this to my "Perfect Places To Stay" in IRB!

Highly Recommend

Great vacation spot for our 16 month old! Quite location with low traffic. Great for young families. Beautiful beach, pool, and rental! I got confused about the code to get in, but Linda responded quickly to help. There is one covered parking spot, which is nice. The parking space felt tight and would make us question bringing a full sized SUV or truck. Thank you to the Millers!

Perfection

This condo is complete perfection and more than we hoped for! It fit my family of 6 fabulously, was spotless, and filled with all the essentials. Just steps away from the beach and we spent a ton of time in the pool. Steve and Linda had quick and clear communication which was so nice! We don’t travel often but I’m certain we will come back here!

ND Meets FL and Had a Great Experience!

The owners were very responsive to my questions through VRBO/emails before and after my reservation was made. The unit was very clean and had a beach house atmosphere. The pool and beach were easily accessible and the use of the loungers for the beach and umbrella were a plus! (We only saw one umbrella to use, first come first served for it). Our last night we saw several dolphins from the beach! CVS and other restaurants are within walking distance. We walked to some places depending on the day with heat temps. The location was ideal but the traffic noise can be heard inside. We were ok with the noise because by reading other reviews ahead of time we knew that would be the case. The only negative I can leave about this place is that there was only one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. With a family of four we ran out of tp in one bathroom and had to keep borrowing from other bathrooms roll. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back one day, it was an ideal location!
