This condo building is quite literally on the beach! Experience a luxurious stay in a spacious and newly remodeled condo on the 17th floor. Start your day by sipping coffee while relaxing on the spacious balcony, taking in the unobstructed view of the beach and bay. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset over the water from the comfort of the Master bedroom, living room, and balcony. Floor to ceiling sliding balcony doors allow for a fresh breeze and scenic views, even when sitting inside. Unit is fully furnished and has a washer/dryer.

Beach accessories such as chairs, umbrella, and towels are provided in this unit for your convenience.

Master bedroom suite has a king size bed and a spacious walk-in closet. It has a floor to ceiling sliding balcony door, with a view of the water. The master bathroom includes a double vanity, full length mirror doors, linen closet, and brand new shower area with sliding glass doors.

Second bedroom has 2 full-size beds for complete comfort. This bedroom also has a spacious walk in closet with plenty of shelves inside. Attached to this bedroom is the second full bathroom. The beautiful granite countertop on the single vanity give this bathroom an elegant touch.

Great Location

We had such a great week staying in the condo! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I need some of those pillows for my home!! The location was fantastic with the trolley stop to Clearwater right across the way. The people on site we encountered were very friendly. Overall, we'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Paradise on sand key

Everything was perfect. Check in process was seamless. Communication with host was always timely. The place is amazing!!!CBC is a luxury resort with all of the amenities anyone could ask for. We can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you again Marie!

The NYE fireworks were the most spectacular...mostly because we were on the 17 th floor in a comfortable condo.....the spotless, well appointed and comfortable unit was just as advertised......yep we enjoyed it....

About this property

The owner was lovely. The property was a well-maintained. That said, the full-time residents are incredibly rude and inhospitable. This property “cites” the tourists for breaking rules and if you have children visiting (young) watch out! The residents break their own rules. They eat, drink, and have unapproved “flotation” devices. The residents quote the rules (I was told there were hundreds and I need to read them, but they aren’t provided with the contracts), but don’t live by them. I simply don’t understand. This property should have a hard fast rule to not rent to anyone (vacationers) under 16 because it is incredibly difficult to tell round children to not jump in the pool, not have a toy, etc. No loudness. No radios. Nothing. Craziness. Tracy in the office is very kind. Loved her. The residents, though———

A very relaxing vacation!

Loved the property & the wonderful view from our balcony right on the beach! The unit had all the comforts of home & spacious for 2 adults & 2 children! Excellent location and great price. We loved the beautiful view of the beach. We loved all the amenities. One downside was the gym was under construction, but can only imagine that it will match the beauty of the rest of the property. Another downfall was tbat most beach equipment was broken and couldn't be used, and recommended buying new furniture. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit the area.

Quiet with a Touch of Class in Sand Key

The property was excellent. It is located in a luxurious condominium on the gulf. Easy beach access and away from the weekend beach crowd. Great sunsets and a diverse selection of restaurants. Close drive (~45 minutes) to St. Petersburg, Venice, Tarpon Springs, the airport, and downtownTampa. Nice central location for touring the area and just a very nice place to chill out on the beach. Several mornings we had sighted from the 17th floor manatee's swimming north toward Clearwater Beach. Marie was very helpful in supporting our questions. The staff at Crescent Beach Club were supper friendly and glad to help and resolve any concerns.

We really enjoyed our stay here. If you are looking for a great large balcony with an impeccable view and an easy walk right out onto the beach. This is the place for you! Really clean and exactly as advertised! Plenty of places to eat nearby and take scenic walks. Overall would stay again!

Beautiful beachfront condo

This condo is in an absolutely wonderful location on Sand Key. It is on a very quiet beach yet within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. If you want more action, Clearwater Beach is a long (25-30 min) walk or short car ride away. The condo itself is on the 17th floor and you can enjoy spectacular sunsets from the large balcony. It is extremely quiet- we did not hear any of our neighbors during the week we were there. The condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen well-equipped. Extra paper goods are even provided, which is a first in my many years of renting vacation homes. Marie promptly answered any questions we had.

Underwhelmed

The property was beautiful, as listed. The views were amazing and the Host communicated regularly. I have always stayed in hotels but wanted to give a condo a shot. We stayed for 7 days. The 1st day when we arrived at the security gate my name was not on the list. The Guard had to eventually call someone to get an okay for us to enter. That took about 30 mins. Then we unloaded our luggage and arrived at the elevator only to find our name was still not on the directory. I called the security number and they let us in. We had to do this every time we would arrive the entire week. The TV in Bedroom # 2 did not work, Host suggested turning on light switch behind door and it still didn't work. There were 2 beach chairs one of them was broken. I notified the Host and two were ordered and delivered overnight, very responsive. We used the sleeper sofa and found later that we needed to let the host know that we were going to use it. Who would have thought that would be the case? It was advertised that it was there. The only reason it was used was the TV in Bedroom # 2 didn't work. Overall a nice Condo, just the glitches I have noted.

STUNNING

1st and fore most this condo took ALL of breaths away! We walked in and each wow got louder and louder as we got further in. When they say Luxurious, they truly mean Luxurious. From the ceramic tile floors to the marble counter tops to the glass top tables, then you round the corner and BAM that view hits you and you're SPEECHLESS. That view of the Gulf was incredible, you can see it from the kitchen dining room and master bedroom. We immediately fell in love. Marie was fantastic, everything that you need was truly there. The kitchen was stocked with essentials that I didnt think we had so i bought some and of course left them for the next guest. (Coffee filters, sugar, salt, pepper, spices, condiments, dish soap, laundry detergent, toliet paper, garbage bags and paper towels) Each shower has Shampoo, Conditioner and Bodywash (no need to pack that) and its good stuff too. The unit has a crock pot, if you cook on vacation that is a MUST, and we used that every day! Lots of pots and pans too. There were 5 of us in the condo 2 adults 3 teens, plenty of room for us. We also traveled with family that stayed in a condo below us, we would have 9 ppl for dinner every night and it never felt cramped. The Pool was amazing opens at 7am closes at 11pm, we had many night swims. The Florida humidity is no joke! Not crowded and we had no issues what so ever. The first day the keys were a little tricky to open the locks from pool to beach, salt and sand with do that. They must of WD-40'D them because after that first day we had no issues. The walk to the beach was nice the sand is perfect. Just a heads up to wear flips to the Gulf, Part of the sand is tiny little shells until you get to the sand by the Gulf. The Jolley Trolley was a life saver $5 a day to ride all day. Parking can be expensive and a nightmare in Clearwater so this was so convenient for us, especially having 3 older teens. When they wanted to shop they could just go grab the Trolley. That made vacation relaxing for us adults. This was the first vacation where we all did not want to leave... We can not wait to come back, we are already planning Vacation #2 to Sand Key!!! Thank you Marie for everything. You made this vacation amazing and your home is gorgeous. Thank you for letting us call it home for our family vacation!

Beautiful view and spotlessly clean!

Wonderfully pleased with our stay! We found the condo exactly as listed and sparkling clean! It is well stocked, with everything you need for a stay at the beach and it is family friendly. Maria was very attentive, friendly and easy to contact. The view of the beach and sunsets is stunning! The property is clean, quiet and well maintained. The one issue with the property ( not with the condo itself) is that the amenity keys are difficult to turn and unlock the gates. We found that everyone on the property was having the same issue. You have to really work them to get them to open. The condo itself is beautiful and everything we hoped for. We will definitely be coming back!
