This hotel charge me double for my stay ! I paid up from for 7 days for my don to stay there while on business !! On the 4 day this hotel told my son his reservation was up on the 5tg day and that he owed them 5 days .. my son thought something happened with my payment or maybe I had the wrong dates .
He went and paid again for the days I had already paid!
When he left back to work I told me what happened because I asked him why did he booked another hotel since he still had to days there?
He told me then that they told him he did not..
I was furious! I called and asked for an explanation and they kept putting me on hold and never would return to my call..
I called Hotels.com and raised the issue and also PayPal .. for what ever reason the hotel told me that my payment and my sons name was not in the system!!
I had all the confirmation and receipts in my system . How could they say that? I asked them how did they let him Che k I for 4 days if his name was not in the system? I hit placed on hold again..
It’s bed. 24 hours since the incident and I am waiting to hear back from hotel.com and paypal as they investigate this issue..
Once they contact me and let me know the results of their findings ..I will file a police report so this does not happen to anyone else.!!
