This was a fantastic stay for us! The house was clean, organized, full of amenities for our teens to stay busy, and a great neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the proximity to beach and places to eat. The house was exceptionally clean, the host friendly. We definitely would stay again.

Perfect Beach House for Family

This was a perfect house for our late December family getaway. Very well stocked, plenty of comfortable beds and hang-out areas, beautiful back pool area, and a very easy walk to beach access and restaurants. Great communication with owner, highly recommend!

Family vacation with little kids

Our stay was great! The house had everything we could need for an effortless stay with two little toddlers. Kitchen was well stocked, garage had plenty of bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, plenty of towels, and the pool table was a nice touch. Location is perfect with a convenient store, restaurants, ice cream, beach, and a nature walk all within a few minutes walking distance. We would stay again and would recommend this home!

The Oasis was a wonderful experience!

The house was amazing. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfortable, there is lots of space, the pool area is lovely and the beach equipment is great! We left the cold of Nebraska and very much enjoyed our warm get-away at The Oasis!! We will definitely stay again if ever back in the IRB area!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Great experience and location!!

Absolutely no issues with our stay. The place was extremely clean, and was a short walk to the beach. Very quick response to any questions. This place has everything you need and more!!

FAMILY Retreat..

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in this lovely home. The location is fantastic, and even though it was very cold and we didn't get to use the beach much the heated pool and fire pit we're well utilised. The home is well-stocked with kitchen items and linens and towels and the owner is super responsive and so nice.

Perfect for our group

We had two families with 4 adults and 5 children. The property was perfect for us. Great place and location in a quiet neighborhood. 1/2 block easy walk to beach and restaurants. First time visiting Indian Rocks Beach, we’ll definitely be back.

Very short walk to beach, clean and neat property. Only recommendation is replace the gas grill- not in very good shape.

Oasis

Great heated pool with fun pool toys. The location is perfect to the beach, playground, ice cream, pizza and gift store. A nice quiet neighborhood. Oh plenty of beach toys, chairs, cooler, towels and wagons. The front porch is perfect for a cup of coffee or a good book.

Family Beach Vacation

We had 4 adults and 2 children on our family vacation, the Oasis had more than enough room to accommodate us all. We were supplied with an amazing assortment of everything needed for a beach vacation, from bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, literarily everything we needed. The swimming pool and patio were amazing, the house was very clean and the beach was a short 5 minute walk at most. We very much enjoyed the Oasis and highly recommend this property!!

Great location

Great Location for our families- Close to food and convenience stores, and most importantly beach (5 min walk with a toddler)!! A very responsive host who helped us navigate some minor things in a very timely fashion. Consider bringing your own drying rack since towel drying space is limited. Plenty of beach toys and pots/pans for cooking. The beach wagon was key! Thanks for a great week

Quick winter get away

Our getaway was last minute, we found this home and thought it looked perfect for us. We were close to Clearwater Area and close to St. Pete area as well. A huge plus for us was that we were able to utilize all the beach items such as towels, a wagon, chairs, sand toys etc for ours kids ( ages 5-14) The pool was hit as well, of course! It was truly a home away from home.

Perfect location with all the amenities and a very attentive host

This house was the perfect post-wedding lodge. Nine adults slept comfortably. Ideal proximity to the beach, and the pool is perfect for relaxing. We cooked meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves! And all the beach supplies are there waiting for you! Kristen was a very attentive host and reached out about the front door lock needing new batteries before I had a chance to realize there was an issue. If we make our way back to IRB, we will certainly return to the Oasis!

Perfect first vacation rental experience!

Our family group of six adults and four children ages 3-12 were delighted with our stay at The Oasis. The house easily accommodated all of us without sacrificing comfort or privacy. The walk to the beach was quick and easy for all, including the three-year-old. The pool was a fun feature and while other reviewers didn’t care for all the shade, we were so happy to have it after so many hours at the sunny beach. Kristin, our contact, was warm and pleasant, and super easy to reach as needed. Would highly recommend this property to anyone and hope to come again ourselves when we can.

AMAZING!

We had a wonderful time at the Beach Oasis! The house is in a fabulous location and was so welcoming and well equipped with most everything we needed and in good condition! Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach wagon made the short walk to the beach so easy!! The pool was bigger than it looked in the pictures. Being 6 feet deep at one end made it perfect for our group! The awesome AC was a welcome respite from the heat! The details in her "house book" were so fun to read and greatly appreciated. Our favorite place to eat in the area was Groupers on the Gulf! But there are plenty of places to eat or to get ice cream within walking distance. Other than that it was an amazing place and we would recommend this house to a big family or a group! The host was really helpful!

Fabulous house, would stay again

Our group of four loved staying at The Oasis! It had tons of space for all of us, and you really can’t beat the pool area in the backyard or even the front porch surrounded by palm trees. It was amazing having a nice washer and dryer, dishwasher, fridge with water and ice dispenser, And easy to use TV with Roku. Plus all the towels and sheets that were there for us to use!The only drawbacks were the lack of dresser or closet space in the basement room, and the ring cameras place all around the house exterior. We of course understand the need for security, but it felt a bit like we were being watched on our vacation.Overall, the house was amazing and the closeness to the beach was really the cherry on top. Thanks so much for having us, we had an amazing spring break in IRB!

Indian Rocks Beach

Wonderful location to the beach. Great pool…lots of room for everyone. Disappointed in two bicycles were broken and another had a flat tire…contacted the property manager. She came out to repair the bikes, but our opportunity to use them was lost. One of the bathroom tubs the water wouldn’t discharge…was told it was a hair ball. The other bathroom the shower tile floor had mildew. These are things that should have been resolved before we got there. The kayaks were dirty…would have been nice if they were clean so we didn’t have to clean them. Otherwise, it was a great place to vacation.

Amazing Experience!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Oasis! It was such a beautiful home, and we really enjoyed our stay. Kristen was so friendly and quickly answered any of our questions! The house itself was very comfortable, and the pool in the back was a huge bonus! It was walking distance to the beach as well. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Indian Rocks Beach.
