The staff was very helpful. I had asked for dishes, coffee cups and glasses as we had a refrigerator, there were 3 of us - received pots - there’s no stovetop- received 1 glass, 2 cups 2 different size plates and bowls. This could have been handled better… The room was very clean, pool well maintained as well as the grounds. Again the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There was supposed to be no smoking in the rooms, but right outside stunk like cigarettes and weed. The smell would drift into our room. We complained once, but no use. Also, people yelling outside and then the garbage truck came before 0700. The positive was we had a spacious room and the staff were friendly.

The bed was on a metal frame so everytime you sat on the bed it sounded like a metal drum. The mattress was uncomfortable. The second day the ac quit working. We had a tv but most channels were not very popular. We left without staying the 2nd night. They had a nice pool and good parking. It was in a great location for what we needed it for. It is very convenient for walking to great restaurants and pretty quiet.

YUCK
Do Not stay here especially if you don’t like smelling of cigarettes, dogs and a clean place to stay. Bathroom was so dirty we didn’t shower or brush our teeth. And really wants to thank the person talking outside our room at 6am. Could hear the whole conversation. Really disappointed that Hotels.com would even put on their site.

A Real Hidden Gem
Staff was extremely friendly and accomidating. Was upgraded to a bungalow suite and it was amazing. Location is great and the hote itself is very comforting to stay in. Will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town!
