Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful! The staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, and the pool, hot tub and beach were top notch. No need to bring a car as everything we needed was within walking distance. Highly recommend!

The overall state was pretty nice. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was good. The only bad part was two hotels down. They have live music every night. If you are a light sleeper, be aware of this.

Almost perfect

We really enjoyed the room and the nightly entertainment, Friday - Sunday. No entertainment on Monday - Thursday was disappointing but understandable. Larry on Friday evening was a special treat. Facilities were perfect. One minor complaint was that the ice machine on the 12th floor was not working the 7 days we stayed. I also complained about no cold water available in room. The maintenance person was able to give me lukewarm water, but never cold water. Not a big deal, but I noticed. Overall, I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We really loved the hotel! It was very clean, the room was spacious, the breakfast was nice. The outdoor pool and terrace were great to sit out at. The parking is very convenient. My one struggle with wanting to stay there again is the resort a few doors down. It had live music outside all evening into the early hours of the morning and the bass was so loud, our room vibrated. I know this is not our hotels fault, but getting 2 hours of sleep before a 6am flight was awful.

Except for the shower water being too cold, everything else is pretty good. We live on the 12th floor. After the technician checked, the hot water was better. But during the shower, the hot water was sometimes hot and sometimes cold automatically. This is unacceptable!

First time staying here and the kids had a blast. Out of all the beaches, the beaches on the property was our favorite. If we come back to Florida we will definitely stay here again.

Christmas trip

The room was clean, as were the hallways. The garage area looked OK once i reminded myself 2 hurricanes passed by in the past few monthes. The out door heated pool was AMAZING. Parking was a bit confusing because they share the parking with the hotel next door and not well marked at 11 pm. Lighting at night on the whole was sketchy. Hilton/Hampton are the only places where i have had to pay to park afer paying well over $200.00 per night for a room.
