Gulfport Retreat 5BR Heated Pool

Welcome to our beautiful 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home in Gulfport, Florida! Our home features a heated pool, perfect for enjoying during those warm Florida days or cool winter evenings. Inside, you'll find two spacious living areas, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The location is central to everything Gulfport and St. Pete have to offer. Walk or bike to downtown Gulfport with its eclectic shops, beach and marina or take a short drive to St. Pete Beach or trendy Downtown.

The bedrooms are outfitted with new and comfortable beds to ensure a great night's sleep. Two of the bedrooms feature king beds, while one has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top. Another bedroom has a cozy daybed that doubles as a full bed, and the final bedroom has two long twin beds. The downstairs king room suite has an ensuite bathroom and the small bedroom downstairs is located next to the downstairs half bath. Upstairs, the king room suite and queen bunk room share a shower and toilet but have separate private sink areas. The twin bed room has a private ensuite bath.

The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare meals, and the outdoor grill is perfect for cooking up some delicious food. The dining room table can easily be extended to seat 10 people.

In addition to the heated pool and spacious living areas, our home also features all Roku TVs. This means you can easily stream your favorite shows and movies during your stay.
The Space:
Our home is located just minutes from the beach, and there are plenty of local shops and restaurants to explore. We look forward to hosting you and hope you'll enjoy all that Gulfport has to offer during your visit!
Guest Access:
There is a garage with garage apartment in the back of the house. This area won't be accessible to guests but nobody lives there or will be staying there, it is currently empty / being used for storage so your privacy is assured.

Baseball fun in FLA

We are a group of middle-aged men who travel to see the STL Cardinals play away games each year. The property was just as advertised and a perfect location to the ballpark and summer fun. Sean was the most responsive owner we have worked with. Always quick to respond to a question or concern. We would stay there again!

Property is lovely. The coffee machine was broken our first morning and the owner brought us a new one, unopened that same day! The owner was very responsive. The area was perfect in between beach side and downtown area of st Pete. The beds were very comfortable. The house was fully stocked of everything you needed! I would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break Trip

This property was everything we needed and MORE. We were welcomed with snacks and a drink to unwind. We immediately went out to the pool and soaked up some sun by the heated pool. Later after the sun went down we enjoyed the second living space to veg as a family and watch a movie. The owners were so very quick to respond and provided many recommendations that were spot on. We plan to come back in the future.
