Indian Shores

Very nice, comfortable and close to the beach. Loved the location and accommodations. Just was exceptionally kind!

Great vacation spot

Great location close to beach and restaurants. Very clean and had everything we needed. Awesome sunsets! Host was very accommodating and personable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Not your dream getaway, don't have high expectations.

Pictures look good as the inside is clean and newly renovated but owner was deceptive in listing. Upon arrival dishwasher and microwave were not working electrician had to come in within minutes of checking in.Host brought a temporary countertop microwave to use for our stay. Then brand new washer and dryer in unit however dryer was not working host was notified and lied about listing but he forgot to hit the send button letting us know prior to our arrival. He admitted fault so prepare to go to laundrymat and waste precious vacation time. We packed light so that we could use the ammenities and had to pack dirty clothes and wet clothes for return home. Host offered to do our laundry but that would also mean more down time having to waste making arrangements with him . The very next day water was turned off to our unit by Pinellas County Utility we found a shutoff notice hangtag on the door about illegal hook up of water to unit, he was notified and tried to say it was n't possible however we had to wait over an hour while he made arrangements with the county. Not my dream vacation stay especially having to have called him twice for problems. We have stayed at numerous VRBO properties and never had so many issues or disappointed in our stay. There is a whole portable window air unit that keeps the place cool which is not shown in the photo either in living room. Be careful with photos there is a reason why there are no outside photos of the property, needs a little cleanup .
